Arrangement for attaching a cover cap (5) to a fairing part (2) of a vehicle (1) having an opening (3), comprising one or more retaining means (7, 8, 9) for fixing the cover cap (5) in said opening (3) and comprising a loss-prevention device (15), characterized in that the loss-prevention device (15) is formed by two retaining straps (16, 17) which are at least partially flexible and which are spaced apart from each other, each being attached at one end to a fastening point (18; 19) on the cover cap (5) and at the other end to a fastening point (20; 21) on the fairing part (2).
