Description

[0001] The present invention relates to a furniture or household appliance element according to the preamble of claim 1.

[0002] Such furniture or household appliance elements, such as shelves or racks, in which a body part is mounted in a support body that is simultaneously rotatably and translationally movable, are known, for example, from DE 10 2019 109 866 A1, US 4 124 262 A, US 535 886A or DE 10 2019 132 208 A1.

[0003] A translational-rotational bearing is used to perform the translational-rotational movement of the body part.

[0004] Especially with larger and / or taller furniture elements, it is necessary for stability reasons to additionally support the movement of the translationally and rotationally movable part of the body.

[0005] For example, it is known from DE 10 2019 132 207 A1 to arrange a guide bearing between the cover plates of the support body and the body part, with which the translational-rotational movement is additionally supported.

[0006] Particularly when arranging a translationally and rotationally movable body next to another piece of furniture or household appliance, or near a wall, it is desirable to precisely define the end positions of the translationally and rotationally movable body part in order to keep desired distances, especially gaps forming joints between adjacent front surfaces, constant.

[0007] The object of the present invention is, in particular when a first and second body part are arranged side by side in a furniture or household appliance element, to maintain a predetermined joint pattern to the neighboring body in the open and closed position of the translationally and rotatorily movable body part.

[0008] This problem is solved by a furniture or household appliance element having the features of claim 1.

[0009] The furniture or household appliance element according to the invention has a support body with a base support plate and a top support plate, as well as a body part which is mounted to be movable translationally and rotationally relative to the support body, comprising a base plate, a top plate and at least one side wall.

[0010] A guide bearing is arranged between the top support plate and the top plate and / or between the bottom support plate and the bottom plate.

[0011] The guide bearing has at least one guide cam track and a guide element guided in the guide cam track, which are arranged on mutually facing surfaces of the top support plate and the top plate or the bottom support plate and the bottom plate.

[0012] Furthermore, the guide bearing has a linear guide with connecting parts that are movable relative to each other in a translational direction, one of which is arranged on the top support plate or the top plate and the other is mounted on the other side of the top support plate or the top plate by means of a rotary bearing and / or one connecting part is arranged on the bottom support plate or the bottom plate and the other is mounted on the other side of the bottom support plate or the bottom plate by means of a rotary bearing.

[0013] At least one end stop is arranged between the top support plate or the top plate and / or between the bottom support plate or the bottom plate.

[0014] The end stop has an adjusting element for adjusting the stop position.

[0015] By providing such an end stop, the two end positions of the translationally and rotationally movable body part can be precisely defined. The adjusting element allows for simple adjustment of the stop position to at least two different positions.

[0016] Advantageous embodiments are the subject of the dependent claims.

[0017] According to an advantageous embodiment, at least one end stop is arranged on the guide cam track and / or the linear guide.

[0018] By arranging such an end stop in the guide cam track and / or linear guide, the assembly of the guide bearing is simplified.

[0019] According to a further advantageous embodiment, the linear guide is formed from a pull-out guide, with a guide rail arranged on the top support plate or the top plates and at least one sliding rail mounted thereon, wherein the end stop is arranged on the guide rail, which in one end position of the body part rests against a counter stop on the other of the top support plate or the top plates.

[0020] The arrangement of the end stop on the linear guide can be carried out in a simple manner.

[0021] The guide rail of the linear guide is preferably rotatably mounted on a housing section of the guide cam track about an axis of rotation perpendicular to the cover support plate or the cover plate.

[0022] This simplifies the overall assembly of the guide bearing by predetermining the position of the axis of rotation on the housing section of the guide cam track.

[0023] According to a further advantageous embodiment, the guide cam track is connected to the top plate of the body part and the at least one running rail of the linear guide is connected to the top support plate of the support body.

[0024] In another embodiment, a connecting plate is attached to at least one guide rail of the linear guide, on which the guide element projecting into the guide cam track and the counter stop are arranged.

[0025] This allows for a simple fixation of the guide element and the counter stop, which are coupled to each other via the connecting plate.

[0026] According to an advantageous further development, the counter stop is designed as a bent-out web protruding from the connecting plate in a guide track formed from the guide rail.

[0027] In an advantageous embodiment, the end stop is designed as a spring steel strip with a stop surface projecting into the guide track.

[0028] The design of the end stop as a spring steel strip also allows the movement of the translationally and rotationally movable second body up to a respective overlap angle, thus enabling, for example, the use of a push-to-open function, for the triggering of which such a movement into such an overlap angle is required.

[0029] According to another alternative design variant, the end stop or a further end stop is arranged at one end of the guide cam track, which rests against the guide element in an end position of the second body.

[0030] The end stop can be designed to be spring-loaded or damped in another version. Alternatively, the end stop can also be designed as a rigid stop.

[0031] According to a preferred embodiment, the end stop has a pivotable stop body with a stop head and an adjusting element receptacle, as well as an adjusting element pivotably arranged on the guide cam track for easy adjustment of the stop body.

[0032] Preferably, the end stop has an additional locking element attached to the stop body and the guide cam track for even more stable mounting.

[0033] According to another alternative embodiment, the end stop has a stop body rotatable about an axis of rotation with an outer contour having at least two stop sections with unequal radial distances to the axis of rotation in the circumferential direction.

[0034] In an advantageous embodiment, the end stop is rotatably held on a bracket attached to the guide cam track, wherein detent elements are provided on the bracket and the stop body for positioning the stop body in at least one defined stop position.

[0035] The locking elements allow for easy, tactilely perceptible adjustment positions of the stop body.

[0036] Preferred embodiments are explained in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0038] In the following figure descriptions, terms such as top, bottom, left, right, front, back, etc., refer exclusively to the exemplary representation and position of the furniture element, support body, body part, top panel, guide bearing, guide cam track, linear guide, and the like as chosen in the respective figures. These terms are not to be understood as restrictive; that is, these relationships may change due to different working positions, mirror-symmetrical design, or similar factors.

[0039] In the Figs. 1 to 4 Reference numeral 1 designates a variant of a furniture element not according to the invention. The furniture or household appliance element 1 comprises a support body 2 and a body part 3 that is mounted to be movable both translationally and rotationally.

[0040] The support body 2 has at least one base support plate 21 and one top support plate 22 as well as at least one side wall 23 connected to the base support plate 21 and the top support plate 22.

[0041] The body part 3 has at least one base plate 31 and one top plate 32 as well as at least one side wall 33 connected to the base plate 31 and the top plate 32.

[0042] The base plate 21 of the support body 2 extends along its length over the entire surface of the furniture element 1. The same applies to the top plate 22, which covers both the upper end of the support body 2 and the upper end of the body part 3, as shown in Figure 1 , Figure 3 and Figure 4 is shown.

[0043] As in Figure 2aAs shown, a guide bearing 4 is arranged between the cover plate 22 of the support body 2 and the cover plate 32 of the body part 3. The guide bearing 4 serves to provide additional support for the translational-rotational movement of the body part 3.

[0044] The command camp 4 shows, as in Figure 2a and in the Figures 5 to 7 As shown, a guide cam track 5 is arranged here on the cover plate 32 of the body part 3 and a guide element 61 is arranged here on a guide part 6 that is attached to the cover support plate 22 of the support body 2, which projects into the guide cam track 5.

[0045] Furthermore, the guide bearing 4 has a linear guide 7 with connecting parts that can be moved relative to each other, one of which is arranged on the top support plate 22 or the top plate 32 and the other of which is mounted on the other of the top support plate 22 or the top plate 32 by means of a rotary bearing.

[0046] When a guide bearing 4 with guide cam track 5 and linear guide 7 is arranged in the base area of the body part 3, as shown in Figure 2b As shown, one connection part is arranged on the base support plate 21 or the base plate 32 and the other is mounted on the other of the base support plate 22 or the base plate 32 by means of a rotary bearing.

[0047] The guide cam track 5 and / or the linear guide 7 has at least one end stop 8, 9, 11.

[0048] During the Figures 5 to 9 In the non-inventive variant of the guide bearing 4 shown, the linear guide 7 is formed from an extension guide, with a guide rail 71 arranged on the cover plate 32 of the second body 3 and at least one sliding guide rail 72 mounted thereon, in the illustrated embodiment two guide rails 72.

[0049] The end stop 8 is arranged here on the guide rail 71 and lies in an end position of the second body 3, for example shown in the Figure 1 and 4 , on a counter stop 63, which is arranged on the cover support plate 22 of the support body 2.

[0050] In the variant shown here, which is not in accordance with the invention, a connecting plate 62 is attached to the guide rails 72 of the linear guide 7, which in turn is attached to the cover support plate 22 of the first body 2.

[0051] The connecting plate 62 of the guide bearing 4 arranged in the base area of the body part 3 is accordingly attached to the in Figure 2b attached to the base support plate 21 (not shown).

[0052] The counter stop 63 and the guide element 61 are arranged on this connecting plate 62. In the embodiment shown here, the guide element 61 is designed as a wheel rotatably mounted about a vertical axis of rotation.

[0053] It is also conceivable that the guide element 61 could be designed as a pin, bolt or ball bearing.

[0054] The vertical axis extending in the z-direction is formed here by a bearing axis 64, which is fixed to the connecting plate 62.

[0055] The counter stop 63 is designed here as a web projecting from the connecting plate 62 extending in the xy-plane in the z-direction into a guide track 74 formed on the guide rail 71.

[0056] The guide rail 71 of the linear guide 7 is, as shown in the Figure 6 and 7 shown, rotatable about an axis of rotation 53 perpendicular to the cover support plate 22 or the cover plate 32 arranged parallel to it, mounted on a housing section 52 of the guide cam track 5.

[0057] The axis of rotation 53 is received in a rotary bearing 55 provided for this purpose in a housing section 52 which stabilizes the cam track 51 of the guide cam track 5.

[0058] A rotary axis bearing 73 with a receiving bore for the passage of the rotary axis 53 is attached to the underside of the guide rail 71 of the linear guide 7 facing the housing section 52.

[0059] The end stop 8 is in the Figures 6 to 9 The variant shown, which is not in accordance with the invention, is designed as a spring steel strip 82 with a stop surface 81 projecting into the guide track 74 of the guide rail 71.

[0060] Due to its design as a spring steel strip 82, the stop surface 81 is elastically bendable and thus enables, on the one hand, a defined stop in the end position of the closed position, which is a rotation of 0° from the in Figure 1the closed position of the body part 3 relative to the support body 2 is defined as shown, as well as in an open position which corresponds to a rotation of the body part 3 by 180° relative to the support body 2, as shown in Figure 4 As shown. If it is intended that the body part 3 can be triggered via a so-called push-to-open mechanism, the end stop 8 provided with the spring steel strip 82 enables a movement of the body part 3 into a so-called overlap angle, which, for example, allows a movement of the body part 3 into an angular position of -1° or 181°.

[0061] Such a position of the body part 3 in this overlap angle is exemplified in Figure 9 depicted.

[0062] As shown here, the design of the end stop 8 as a spring steel strip 82 allows for overextension of the stop surface 81.

[0063] The spring steel strip 82 is preferably screwed into the rotary axis bearing 73 through the guide rail 71 via bolts 83, in particular screw bolts, or fixed to it.

[0064] Another variant not in accordance with the invention for the arrangement of an end stop 8, 9 is described in the Figures 10 and 11 depicted.

[0065] The design of guide bearing 4 essentially corresponds to that of the one based on the Figures 5 to 9 described example.

[0066] Here, an end stop 9 is additionally arranged at at least one end of the guide cam track 5, which rests against the guide element 61 in an end position of the body part 3, as shown in the Figures 10 and 11 is shown.

[0067] The end stop 9 is designed here as a tongue projecting beyond the open end of the curved track 51.

[0068] In a preferred variant not according to the invention, this tongue can also be designed to be springy.

[0069] It is also conceivable to attach a damping element to one of the cover plates 22, 32 in the area of at least one end of the curved track 51, which preferably projects a little way into the curved track 51 in order to enable a damped entry of the second body 3 into its end positions.

[0070] According to the invention, the end stop 8, 9, 11 is provided with an adjusting element 112 for adjusting the stop position, as exemplified in the Figures 12 to 15 is shown.

[0071] Such an adjusting element can, for example, be designed as an adjusting screw with a head designed as a stop, so that, depending on the position of the head of the adjusting screw, which is screwed into a bore provided for this purpose in the end stop 9 designed as a tongue, the end position can be adjusted exactly.

[0072] During the Figures 12 to 15In the embodiment shown, the end stop 11 has a pivotable stop body 111 with a stop head 114 and an actuating element receptacle 115 as well as an actuating element 112 pivotably arranged on the guide cam track 5 for adjusting the stop body 111.

[0073] The actuating element 112 is preferably also designed as an actuating screw, with a threaded part and a partially cylindrical head 116 adjoining this, which is received in a rotary bearing 56 of the guide cam track 5 and forms the pivot axis for the stop body 111 of the end stop 11.

[0074] The threaded part of the actuating element 112 is received in the actuating element receptacle 115 of the stop body 111, which has an internal thread. By rotating the actuating element 112 about its longitudinal axis, the stop body 111 can thus be easily pivoted relative to the rotary bearing 56.

[0075] Figure 13shows a stop body 111 which projects maximally into the curve 51 of the guide curve 5 with the stop head 114.

[0076] Figure 14 shows a position of the stop body 111 pivoted by a small angle, in which the guide element 61 strikes the end stop 11 approximately at the edge of the curved track 51.

[0077] Figure 15 shows an even further pivoted position of the stop body 111, in which the guide element 61 only strikes the end stop 11 beyond the edge of the cam track 51.

[0078] As in the Figures 12 to 15 As can be further seen, the end stop 11 additionally has a locking element 113 attached to the stop body 111 and to the guide cam track 5. The locking element 113 is pivotally secured to the guide cam track 5 by a screw and held in a bore in the stop body 111 by a pin protruding from it.

[0079] Another variant of an end stop 12 is found in the Figures 16 to 25 shown.

[0080] In this embodiment, the end stop 12 has a stop body 121 that is rotatable about a pivot axis 127. The outer contour of the stop body 121 has at least two stop sections with unequal radial distances to the pivot axis 127 in the circumferential direction.

[0081] In the embodiment shown here, the outer contour of the stop body 121 is cylindrical in a first stop section, which transitions into a second section designed as a flattening 122 by reducing the radius of curvature.

[0082] The axis of rotation 127 is eccentrically aligned with the cylindrical contact section, so that by rotating the end stop 12 about the axis of rotation 127 the cylindrical surface of the stop body 121 serving as a stop can be rotated in an exemplary manner. Figure 17In the rotational position shown, the guide element 61 protrudes maximally from the cam track 51 of the guide cam track 5, and in the example shown in Figure 19 In the rotational position shown, the stop surface of the stop body 121 projects maximally into the cam track 51 of the guide cam track 5.

[0083] The end stop 12 is preferably rotatably mounted on a bracket 13 attached to the guide cam track 5. This bracket 13 and the stop body 121 preferably have detent elements for positioning the stop body 121 in at least one defined stop position.

[0084] Mounting bracket 13 is, as shown in the Figures 20 and 21 is shown, preferably designed as an I-shaped sheet metal piece, with a base 131 and a bracket 132 projecting perpendicularly to the base 131.

[0085] In the base 131, recesses 136 are provided through which screws 14 can be screwed into the guide cam track 5.

[0086] The end stop 12 has an axle receptacle 124 in which the pivot axis 127, designed here as a bolt, is received, wherein the bolt serving as pivot axis 127 is preferably rotatably fixed in an axle receptacle 135 in the base 131 of the holder 13, in particular riveted.

[0087] The end stop 12 further comprises a cylindrical disc-shaped adjusting head 123. The adjusting head 123 is preferably provided with knurling on its outer surface. This facilitates easier adjustment of the end stop 12.

[0088] In the assembled state, a segment of the adjusting head 123 protrudes under the bracket 132 of the support 13 towards the curved track 51, as shown in the Figure 16 and 18 shown.

[0089] On an end face of the stop body 121 facing away from the adjusting head 123, a groove 125 is formed between two lips 126, which together with a bridge 134 projecting from the base 131 of the holder 13 enables the end stop 12 to be locked in a predetermined rotational position of the stop body 121.

[0090] Furthermore, below the section of the stop body 121 designed as a flattened section 122, a web 128 projecting from the lower end face is formed on the stop body 121, which serves as a stop for the respective rotational positions of the end stop 12 on an edge of the raised section 133 of the holder 13, as shown in the Figures 22 and 23 This is an example.

[0091] The Figures 24 and 25 show the locked position of the end stop 12, in which the bridge 134 is received in the groove 125.

[0092] The support body 2 can be designed as a body with a top support plate 22, a bottom support plate 21, a back panel and at least one side panel 23. In this case, the top support plate 22 and / or the bottom support plate 21 can be designed such that more than one body part 3 is arranged between them.

[0093] All cabinet parts 3, some of the cabinet parts 3, or only one cabinet part 3 can be mounted so that they are movable relative to the supporting cabinet 2 via a translational-rotational fitting. Instead of multiple cabinet parts 3, individual shelves, clothes rails, or drawers can be arranged on the supporting cabinet 2 in parts of the furniture element 1, in addition to the single cabinet part 3 that is movable relative to the supporting cabinet 2 via a translational-rotational fitting.

[0094] Alternatively, the support body 2 can also be designed as a wall bracket with a top plate and base plate, for example if the furniture or household appliance element 1 is located in a corner or niche of a room. Reference symbol list
