Description
[0001] The invention relates to a transportable amusement device, in particular a ride such as a Ferris wheel, a carousel, a roller coaster, swings, propellers or the like, with a support structure resting on several vehicles such as trailers or semi-trailers, in particular so-called center-frame trailers, or on a pallet construction.
[0002] DE 10 2020 129 886 A1 discloses a "transportable amusement ride" in which, in the assembly position of the Ferris wheel, at least two vehicles are arranged side by side and one is positioned transversely to them. It is generally known for such transportable Ferris wheels to support the supporting structure on several vehicles. A similar concept is also disclosed in DE 10 2020 115 730 A1 and DE 20 2020 103 420 U1. For example, DE 89 11 634 U1 discloses a Ferris wheel whose entire structure is housed on a total of three vehicles positioned side by side. Support elements, including columns that angle outwards from the front of the structure, are supported on each of the two outermost vehicles. The spoke structure for the wheel rim is located above the middle vehicle. However, the size of such a Ferris wheel is limited.
[0003] When erecting larger Ferris wheels, for example, those 60-100 meters tall, which are still transportable, the vehicles used, generally referred to as center support vehicles or trailers, must be very long and heavy. They are not normally permitted under road traffic regulations, as the maximum trailer length according to the EURO standard is 13.6 meters. These vehicles are also very heavy, weighing approximately 50 tons together with the towing vehicle. [0006] This problem is solved according to the invention by providing at least four to five cross-shaped, rear-sloping support structures, in particular central support structures. Such a cross-shaped arrangement enables a particularly stable and large-area support structure in a spider-like configuration. In a further, improved embodiment, 6, 7, or 8, or 9 or 10 cross-shaped support structures, in particular central support structures, are also provided, which are centrally connected to one another and form a funnel-shaped entrance area, while simultaneously serving as mast and storage units.

According to the invention, these are arranged in a star shape, i.e., in addition to a first longitudinally oriented central support structure 4a, four further central support structures 4', 4", 4‴, 4ʺʺ - 4‴‴‴ are connected to the longitudinally oriented central support structure 4a. Two central support structures 4a, 4b can also be arranged one behind the other to reinforce the structure and increase the weight of the support structure. Furthermore, two, three, or more central support structures 4c, 4d, 4e, 4f can be arranged side by side and parallel to the supports 4a, 4f. The essential feature is that, in addition to the longitudinally and transversely oriented central support structures 4a - 4d, crosswise oriented central support structures 4' - 4‴‴ʺ are also provided, which create a spider-like support structure for the entire support structure 2.By combining the individual modules 4 - 4‴‴ʺ, the maximum length and weight permitted for road use are maintained, thus eliminating the need for heavy transport and its associated costs and disadvantages. The vehicles typically carry hydraulic units for erecting the Ferris wheel, its main axle, wheel hub, spokes, and the attached gondolas. Outside of the assembly position, the central construction vehicles 4 - 4‴‴‴ are used to transport individual components of the Ferris wheel or other transportable amusement rides, such as carousels, roller coasters, or similar attractions.
[0010] Furthermore, it is provided that at least four rear-sloping support structures, in particular central support structures 5a-d with a sloping rear 7, are provided, and that the central support structures are not directly connected to each other, but rather via connecting irons attached to them. In this case, the central support structures 3, 5a-d, built using trestle and spoked carriages, are not directly bolted to each other, but connected via intermediate irons 6 or other suitable connectors. Depending on the chosen angle of the rear slope 7, the carriages spread out more or less widely, thus influencing the stability according to local requirements, available space, and wind loads to be observed.

Claims
1. Transportable amusement device, in particular a fairground ride such as a Ferris wheel, a carousel, a roller coaster, a swing or a propeller, with a support structure (2) resting on several vehicles such as trailers / semi-trailers, in particular middle construction wagons (3, 4a - 4f, 4 - 4‴ʺ, 5a - d), or on a pallet construction, characterized in that at least four support structures with a slanted rear end, in particular middle construction wagons (5a-d) with a slanted rear end (7), are provided, whereby, depending on the selected angle of the rear end slant, the at least four support structures with a slanted rear end spread apart to a greater or lesser extent and width.
2. Transportable amusement device according to claim 1, characterized in that at least five support structures arranged in a cross shape, in particular middle construction wagons (4, 4', 4", 4"', 4ʺʺ, 4""'), are provided.

Transportable amusement device according to claim 2, wherein the at least five support structures arranged in a cross shape are middle construction wagons (3, 4, 4', 4", 4‴, 4ʺʺ, 4""'), characterized in that the middle construction wagons (3, 4, 4', 4", 4"', 4ʺʺ, 4""') are not directly connected to each other, but rather via connectors attached thereto, in particular connecting irons.
