[0001] The present invention relates to a balcony according to the preamble of patent claim 1, a floor according to the preamble of patent claim 11 and a floor element according to the preamble of patent claim 14.
[0002] Such a balcony with a floor and a railing is known from EP 3 177 783 B1, wherein the floor has a floor element, and wherein the floor element has an upper wall, a lower wall, and two connecting webs which connect the upper wall and the lower wall. In addition to the one floor element, the floor comprises further floor elements. These floor elements are designed as joined planks. The balcony is a standing balcony with a support device. The support device comprises a plurality of supports which run parallel or at right angles to the floor elements and are typically made of steel. The railing is attached to supports which surround the balcony.

Claims
1. A balcony with a floor and a railing (6.6"), wherein the floor comprises a floor element (1, 1'), and wherein the floor element (1, 1') comprises an upper wall (2, 2'), a lower wall (3, 3') and two connecting webs (4, 4') connecting the upper wall (2, 2') and the lower wall (3, 3'), characterized in that the railing (6, 6") has a fastening section (9, 10, 28"), that an upper fastening element (12) is provided which is arranged under the upper wall (2, 2') of the floor element (1, 1'), and that an upper connecting element (11) connects the fastening section (9, 10, 28") to the upper fastening element (19).

Balcony according to claim 1, characterized in thatthe fastening section (9, 10, 28") of the railing (6,6") has a connection hole, that the upper fastening element (12) has a corresponding connection hole, and that the upper connecting element is inserted through the connection hole of the fastening section (9, 10, 28") of the railing (6,6") into the corresponding connection hole of the upper fastening element (12).
3. Balcony according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a through hole (5, 5') is provided in the upper wall (2, 2') of the base element (1, 1') through which the upper connecting element (11) is passed.

Balcony according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the upper fastening element (12) is provided between the two connecting webs (4, 4'), and that a support projection (14, 14') is formed on each of the connecting webs (4, 4'), which projects into a cavity (13, 13') of the base element (1).

Balcony according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the balcony has a support device (15) with a support (21), that the support (21) comprises a fastening section (9, 10, 28"), that a lower fastening element (19) is provided which is arranged above the lower wall of the floor element (1, 1'), and that a lower connecting element (20) connects the fastening section (9, 10, 28") of the support (21) to the lower fastening element (19).

7. Balcony according to claim 5 or 6, characterized in thatthe floor has a further floor element (1, 1'), and that a gap is provided between the floor element (1, 1') and the further floor element (1, 1'), through which the lower connecting element (20) is passed.
8. Balcony according to claim 6 or 7, characterized in that a through hole is provided in the lower wall (3, 3') of the base element (1) through which the lower connecting element (20) is passed.
9. Balcony according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the railing (6) has a post (7, 8) on which the fastening section (9, 10) of the railing (1) is formed.
10. Balcony according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in thatthe floor has a further floor element (1'), that the further floor element (1') has an upper wall (2'), a lower wall (3') and two connecting webs (4') which connect the upper wall (2') and the lower wall (3'), that the upper wall (2') of the floor element (1') overlaps the upper wall (2') of the further floor element (1') in a lateral edge region (22') of the floor element (1') and a further lateral edge region (23') of the further floor element (1'), and that the upper fastening element (12) is arranged in a receiving space (37') under the upper wall (2') of the floor element (1') in the lateral edge region (22') and under the upper wall (2') of the further floor element (1') in the further lateral edge region (23').
11. Floor for a balcony, comprising a floor element (1, 1'), wherein the floor element (1, 1') comprises an upper wall (2, 2'), a lower wall (3, 3') and two connecting webs (4, 4') connecting the upper wall (2, 2') and the lower wall (3, 3'), characterized in that an upper fastening element (12) is provided for arrangement under the upper wall (2, 2') of the floor element (1, 1').

Floor according to claim 10, characterized in that a through-hole (5, 5') is formed in the upper wall (2, 2') so that an upper connecting element (11) can be passed through the through-hole (5, 5') in order to connect the upper fastening element (12) of the floor element (1, 1') to a fastening section (9, 10, 28") of a railing.

Floor according to claim 11, characterized in thatthe base element (1, 1') has a lateral edge region (22, 22'), in that a lateral projection is formed in the lateral edge region (22, 22') on the lower wall (3, 3'), in that the base has a further base element (1, 1') which is joined laterally to the base element (1, 1'), in that the further base element (1, 1') has a further lateral edge region (23, 23'), in that a further lateral projection is formed in the further lateral edge region (23, 23') on the lower wall, and in that a gap is provided between the lateral projection and the further lateral projection.

Floor element (1, 1') for a floor, wherein the floor element (1, 1') has an upper wall (2, 2'), a lower wall (3, 3') and two connecting webs (4, 4') which connect the upper wall (2, 2') and the lower wall (3, 3'), characterized in thatan upper fastening element (12) is provided for arrangement under the upper wall (2, 2') of the floor element (1, 1').
15. Floor element (1) according to claim 13, characterized in that on each of the connecting webs (4, 4') a support projection (14, 14') for the upper fastening element (12) is formed, which projects into a cavity (13) between the support projections (14, 14').
