Abstract
The invention relates to a method for transmitting an input data stream, k=1 to N, where N is the number of subcarriers, to implement, at the transmission stage, an inverse Fourier transform (iFFT) in an OFDM (Orthogonal Multiple Carrier Digital Transmission) architecture. The method is characterized in that it comprises, at the transmission stage, a step for determining two quadrature signals with non-constant envelopes and a uniform overall power over a duration NT corresponding to the duration of the signal resulting from the implementation of an iFFT in the OFDM architecture. Each signal allows the transmission of half of the input data stream. Figure for the abstract: FIGURE 8
