Abstract

Description of the article related to the design: This article is a strength training device suitable for squats. This article has a frame provided with a pair of shafts protruding toward the front side and the back side, and can swing up and down with the upper part of the support column as a fulcrum. As shown in the reference perspective view showing the use state, this article can be used by attaching plates to a pair of shafts protruding toward the front side and the back side. In this state, the user can connect a belt (not shown) wrapped around the user's own waist to an oval fitting provided at the left end of this article and perform squats. Further, as shown in the reference front view showing the storage state, this article can rotate the frame upward with the upper part of the support column as a fulcrum and fix it in a vertically standing state. Thereby, it can be stored compactly when not in use. Furthermore, since casters are attached to the base portion of this article, it can be easily moved.
