To provide a mount which enables reduction of man-hour and time required for unpacking and assembly of facility devices at a work site and improvement of safety when the facility devices are transported to a building, and to provide a loading method.SOLUTION: A mount includes: a frame 210 having poles 211 and 215 and a beam 213; a frame 220 having poles 221 and 225, and a beam 223; and beams 230a and 230b. Each of the poles 211, 215, 221, and 225 has a plane part 241 and a fastening member 246. The plane part 241 has fixing members 240a and 240b protruding toward the frame 220, and the plane part 241 has fixing members 240c and 240d protruding toward the frame 210. Heights in a vertical direction of respective fixing members 240 are substantially equal to each other, and each of the fastening members 246 is fitted in a cutout part 142 and fastens the plane part 241 to a plane part 141.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
