AI Technical Summary
Technical Problem
Conventional seat cable modules require a central space to accommodate the movement of the joint case and cables, making it difficult to reduce the size of the module.
Method used
The seat cable module incorporates a joint piece that secures the ends of the cables and transmits tension, and a module plate with housing portions that allow the joint piece to move perpendicular to the surface, eliminating the need for lateral movement and central space.
Benefits of technology
This design enables a reduction in the overall size of the seat cable module by allowing the joint pieces to be attached from a direction perpendicular to the surface, reducing the need for additional space and enhancing compactness.

Abstract
To provide a sheet cable module which can be miniaturized.SOLUTION: A sheet cable module 1 is used for transmitting a tensile force for a first cable to a second cable to operate a sheet and comprises: a joint piece 4 that fixes the end of the first cable and the end of the second cable, moves by means of the tensile force to pull the second cable, and transmits the tensile force to the second cable; and a module plate 3 in which a storage 33, 34 for storing the joint piece 4 so as to be movable in a direction where the tensile force is applied. The storage 33, 34 is opened so as to be able to store the joint piece 4 in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the module plate 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
