To specify constraints required for switching carrier aggregation in a low frequency band.SOLUTION: A terminal includes: a communication unit which receives information indicating semi-static switching pattern related to LBCA (Low band carrier aggregation); and a control unit which executes LBCA to switch between FDD (Frequency Division Duplex) carrier and SDL (Supplemental DownLink) carrier based on the semi-static switching pattern.
