3. A method for producing an alcoholic beverage or an alcohol-flavored beverage, comprising the step of incorporating the maturation-imparting agent described in claim 1.

4. The manufacturing method according to claim 3, wherein the alcoholic beverage or alcohol-flavored beverage is whiskey or a whiskey-flavored beverage.
