Abstract

We provide a street lighting structure based on environmental design that effectively utilizes rainwater resources and integrates lighting and greening / irrigation functions. [Solution] The street light structure includes a lamppost 10 and a water collection unit 20. The lamppost 10 has a hollow structure with a water storage chamber formed inside along the axial direction. A controller 102 is installed on the outside of the lamppost and is electrically connected to a soil moisture sensor. The water collection unit 20 is installed on the lamppost 10 and includes a water collection cover and a control module. The hollow lamppost 10 forms a water storage chamber, and by combining it with the water collection cover, filtration module 23 and control module, rainwater collection, filtration and intelligent irrigation are achieved, reducing the waste of freshwater resources and lowering the cost of maintaining urban green spaces.
