[Figure 4] 1 shows a timepiece including a timepiece movement provided with at least one assembly including an assembly of timepiece parts and an elastic fastening element fastened to a support element according to an embodiment of the invention. [Diagram 5] A method for carrying out such an assembly of elastic fastening elements and support elements of an assembly of watch parts is shown. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0015] 1 to 3 show three embodiments of elastic fastening elements 1a, 1b, 1c for fastening a watch part 2 to a support element 3. In these various embodiments, the elastic fastening elements 1a, 1b, 1c may comprise four, five or six contact areas 13 for receiving and clamping a support element in the opening 5 of said fastening elements 1a, 1b, 1c. By way of example, the elastic fastening elements 1a, 1b, 1c may be collets for fastening a watch part 2, such as a hairspring, to a support element 3, such as a balance shaft.

[0016] In these embodiments, this fastening element 1a, 1b, 1c may be included in an assembly 120 of elastic fastening elements and watch parts, which can be seen in Fig. 4 and which is designed to be placed in the watch movement 110 of the watch 100. Such an assembly 120 may be a single part made of a so-called "fragile" material, preferably a material that can be micromachined. Such materials may include silicon, quartz, corundum or ceramics.

[0017] In the context of the present invention, this fastening element 1a, 1b, 1c has a thickness of between 50 μm and 150 μm, such a thickness being preferably of the order of 100 μm.

[0018] It should be noted that in this variant of the assembly 120, only the elastic fastening elements 1a, 1b, 1c can be made of such a so-called "fragile" material, the watch part 2 being consequently manufactured from another material.

[0019] This assembly 120 can form part of an assembly 130 for a watch movement 110, for example by being fastened to a support element 3 by means of an elastic clamp. It is noted that this assembly 130 is designed for use in the watchmaking sector, however the invention can also be perfectly implemented in other sectors such as aviation, jewellery or automotive.

[0020] Such fastening elements 1a, 1b, 1c comprise an opening 5, also called "central opening", into which the support element 3 is intended to be inserted. This opening 5 defines a volume in the fastening element 1a, 1b, 1c which is smaller than the volume of the connection part of the end of the support element 3 which is intended to be placed in the fastening element 1a, 1b, 1c. It should be noted that this connection part has a circular cross section and includes all or part of the contact part defined by the peripheral wall of the support element 3.

[0021] Such elements 1a, 1b, 1c also comprise preferably planar upper and lower surfaces 12 respectively contained in a first and a second plane P1 and P2 parallel to each other visible in FIGS.

[0022] This element 1a, 1b, 1c also comprises an inner peripheral wall 9a and an outer peripheral wall 9b which connect the upper and lower faces 12 to one another. The outer peripheral wall 9b comprises a surface which externally defines the boundary of the contour of the fastening element 1a, 1b, 1c. This peripheral wall 9b gives this element 1a, 1b, 1c an essentially polygonal shape of the type of octagon in FIG. 1, decagon in FIG. 2 and dodecagon in FIG. 3. As regards the inner peripheral wall 9a, it comprises a surface which defines the boundary of the contour of the opening 5 of this fastening element 1a, 1b, 1c. As will be seen below, this inner peripheral wall 9a comprises a contact area 13 intended to abut against the support element 3. It is to be noted that the lateral dimension of the outer peripheral wall 9b or the inner peripheral wall 9a parallel to the rotation axis A of the fastening element 1a, 1b, 1c corresponds here to the thickness of this element 1a, 1b, 1c.

[0023] This fastening element 1a, 1b, 1c comprises a body provided with at least four deformable parts 7, also called "flexible parts" or "elastic parts". Each deformable part 7 is configured to return to its original shape after deformation. In other words, these parts are reversibly deformable parts 6. The body of this element 1a, 1b, 1c is rigid or essentially rigid, except for the deformable parts 7 that it contains. In other words, this body comprises a deformable part 7 and a rigid part 6. Rigid part 6 means a part 6 that withstands pressure or deformation, i.e. a part that cannot be deformed. In the elastic fastening elements 1a, 1b, 1c, the rigid parts 6 are configured to be essentially subjected to tensile stress. In this configuration, these rigid parts 6 withstand pressure or tensile deformation.

[0024] It is therefore understood that in the body of this element 1, the deformable portions 7 are separated from one another by rigid portions 6. It can also be said that these deformable portions 7 are connected to one another by these rigid portions 6. It is to be noted that each deformable portion 7 is arranged in the body of said elements 1a, 1b, 1c equidistant from the other deformable portion 7 arranged in its immediate or nearest vicinity in said body.

[0025] In this configuration, each deformable portion 7 extends between the inner peripheral wall 9a and the outer peripheral wall 9b of the body of the element 1a, 1b, 1c. It should be noted that such deformable portions 7 are similar to each other. In this element 1, these portions 7 form protrusions on the inner peripheral wall 9a of the body of the element 1a, 1b, 1c, which extend towards the centre O of the fastening element 1a, 1b, 1c.

[0026] Each deformable part 7 comprises a receiving area 8a, two connection areas 8b and an outer area 8c, which together define the peripheral boundary of the through hole 6 of this part 7.

[0027] In this configuration, the receiving area 18a is connected to the two connection areas 8b of this deformable part 7, and is thus included between the inner circumferential wall 9a of the elements 1a, 1b, 1c and a part of the periphery of the through hole 4. This receiving area 8a is provided with an inner surface 14 which includes a contact area 13 of each deformable part 7. This inner surface 14 is formed by a part of the inner circumferential wall 9a included in this part 7. In other words, this inner surface 8 is included at the end of the projection forming this deformable part 7 which faces the centre O of the fastening element 1. In this configuration, the contact area 13 is a rounded or convex surface by being placed between two hollow or concave portions of the inner surface 14, or · Flat or essentially flat surfaces may have the following structure:

[0028] This contact area 13 comprises a substantially hollow or substantially concave portion in which two bearing areas are included. These two bearing areas can cooperate with corresponding convex contact portions of the support element 3. Such bearing areas are defined / included in the surface of this contact area 13 by extending substantially over the entire or part of the thickness of the mounting part 1. These bearing areas are also flat by each including a fully or partially flat surface. In the contact area 13, the two bearing areas are each included in different planes which together form an obtuse angle. These two bearing areas are separated by being spaced apart from each other. In other words, the contact area 13 comprises an area for connecting the two bearing areas. This connecting area preferably has a rounded shape.

[0029] These bearing areas are provided to cooperate with the contact portions according to a planar-convex or planar-cylindrical contact configuration, in particular taking into account the cylindrical shape of the support element 3. In this configuration, a flat surface of each bearing area cooperates with a corresponding convex-shaped contact portion of the support element 3. It is specified here that this convex shape of each contact portion is assigned to a flat surface of each corresponding bearing area, opposite which this portion is located. It should be noted that this flat surface of each bearing area forms a plane tangent to the diameter of the support element 3. In other words, the flat surface is perpendicular to the diameter of the support element 3 and therefore perpendicular to the radius.

[0030] In this configuration, the presence of two flat bearing areas in each contact area 13 of the mounting part 1 makes it possible to realize a contact pressure between this mounting part 1 and the support element 3 when forming a mechanical connection between the bearing areas and the support element 3, while the intensity of stresses in these bearing areas and the corresponding contact parts of the support element 3 during assembly and / or fastening of this mounting part 1 and the support element 3 is significantly reduced, which stresses are likely to damage the mounting part 1 by the appearance of splits / cracks or cracks.

[0031] The presence of this contact area 13 on the inner surface 8 of each deformable portion 7 in this element 1 makes it possible to realize a contact pressure between this element 1a, 1b, 1c and the support element 3 when forming a mechanical bond between them, while significantly reducing the intensity of stresses in this contact area 13 and in the corresponding contact region of the support element 3 when assembling and / or fastening this element 1a, 1b, 1c with the support element 3, which stresses are likely to damage said element 1a, 1b, 1c by the appearance of splits / cracks or cracks.

[0032] Thus, as has already been seen, these deformable portions 7 only comprise contact areas 13 of elements 1a, 1b, 1c with the support element 3, which contact areas 13 may be defined on all or part of the inner surface 8 of these portions 7. With reference to Figures 1, 2 and 3, these contact areas 13 are at least four in number and may participate in providing an exact centering of a watch part 2, such as a hairspring, in a watch movement 110.

[0033] In each deformable part 7, the outer region 8c is also connected to two connection regions 8b, and is thus included between the outer wall 9b of the elements 1a, 1b, 1c and a part of the periphery of the through hole 4. These two connection regions 8b are included between the end of the rigid part 6, a part of the outer wall 9b and a part of the periphery of the through hole. It should be noted that these two connection regions connect the receiving region 8a and the outer region 8c to each other.

[0034] In the element 1, the deformable part 7 comprises a through hole 4, also called a recess, defined by the thickness of this element 1a, 1b, 1c. This through hole 4 opens both on the upper and on the lower face 10 of the element 1a, 1b, 1c. It can also be said that this through hole 4 opens at one end on the upper face of the deformable part 7 and at the other end on the lower face 10 of this part 7. This hole 4 extends in the axial direction of the axis of rotation A from the upper face to the lower face 10 or vice versa. In other words, this hole 4 connects these two faces 10 to each other. This through hole 4 defines a void volume, i.e. a void volume of material or a void volume free of material. This volume is therefore understood to correspond to a variable or settable volume. This volume comprises an open enclosure bounded by the peripheral wall of this hole 4. Such a through hole 4 occupies about 20% to 80% of the body of the deformable part 7. Preferably, the through hole 4 occupies 30% of the body.

[0035] It is noted that in these conditions, each deformable portion 7 is configured to change the volume defined by its through hole 4 when this portion 7 is placed under constraint by the support element 3 .

[0036] In this element 1a, 1b, 1c, the rigid parts 6 extend between the inner peripheral wall 9a and the outer peripheral wall 9b of the body of the element 1a, 1b, 1c. These rigid parts 6 preferably have an elongated shape. In fact, each rigid part extends longitudinally between the two deformable parts 7 to which it is connected. Each rigid part 6 is therefore understood to be directly connected at each of the opposite ends of the two deformable parts 7. It should also be noted that the deformable parts 7 and the rigid parts 6 are arranged in succession and alternating fashion in the fastening element 1a, 1b, 1c. Each rigid part 6 is connected to two different deformable parts 7, and the deformable parts 7 are "directly" connected to the other rigid parts 6 of the element 1a, 1b, 1c. It should be noted that the rigid parts 6 here are non-deformable or nearly non-deformable and act as reinforcing elements of the fastening element 1a, 1b, 1c.

[0037] Also, in each deformable part 7, the receiving area 8a, the two connection areas 8b and the outer area 8c present / surround / delimit the through hole 4. More precisely, these areas 8a-8c are configured to deform in different ways as soon as they are restrained by the insertion of the support element 3 into the opening 5 of the elements 1a, 1b, 1c. In fact, for each deformable part 7, each of these areas 8a-8c has a deformation coefficient C rr , C rl , C re and as the regions 8a, 8b, 8c move away from the contact area 13 of the receiving region 8a, the deformation coefficient C rr , C rl , C re In other words, the average deformation coefficient C of the receiving area 8a decreases. rr Also called the deformation coefficient C rr is the coefficient C of the two connecting regions 8b, i.e. rl and the coefficient C of the outer region 8c re Also, the coefficient C of the two connection regions 8b is higher than that of rl is the coefficient C of the outer region 8c re In other words, the average deformation modulus C of these regions 8a, 8b, 8c has a similar value or a substantially similar value higher than rr , C rl and C re The relationship can be defined according to the following formula: C rr >C rl >C re

[0038] It should be noted that the deformation of these regions 8a, 8b, 8c results in radial displacements of the respective regions with respect to the axis of rotation A. The significance / strength of these radial displacements is of course determined by the average deformation coefficient C of these regions 8a, 8b, 8c. rr , C rl , C re is a function of .

[0039] In this fastening element 1, these rigid portions 6 and deformable portions 7 are essentially formed in this fastening element 1a, 1b, 1c and enable elastic clamping fastening of the support element 3 in the opening 5 defined by the inner peripheral wall 9a of this fastening element 1a, 1b, 1c.

[0040] As has already been seen, these deformable parts 7 only comprise contact areas 13 of the fastening elements 1a, 1b, 1c with the support element 3, which contact areas 13 can be defined on all or part of an inner surface 14 of these deformable parts 7. The contact area 13 of each deformable part 7 is provided to cooperate with a peripheral wall 10 of the connecting part of the support element 3, in particular with a corresponding contact region defined on this peripheral wall 10 of the support element 3. In this connection, the fastening elements 1a, 1b, 1c thus comprise at least four contact areas 13 which participate in achieving an exact centering of a watch part 2, for example a hairspring, in the watch movement 110.

[0041] In this configuration, the elasticity or flexibility of element 1 is defined in relation to the contact areas 13 of said elements 1a, 1b, 1c, and more specifically in relation to the intensity of deformation of the deformable portion 7 during the application of a force to these contact areas 13.

[0042] Moreover, in this fastening element 1a, 1b, 1c, the rigid part 6 and the deformable part 7 allow the fastening element 1a, 1b, 1c to store more elastic energy for the same clamp than a conventional fastening element. It should be noted that this greater energy storage is particularly related to the volume of material that constitutes this fastening element 1a, 1b, 1c provided with the through hole 4 and the rigid part 6 subjected to tensile stress. The elastic energy stored in such a fastening element 1a, 1b, 1c consequently makes it possible to obtain a higher holding torque of the fastening element relative to the support element 3 in the assembly 130 of the fastening element and the watch part assembly 120 and this support element 3. It should also be noted that the configuration of such fastening elements 1a, 1b, 1c allows to store an elastic energy ratio that is 6 to 8 times higher than the elastic energy ratio of the fastening elements of the prior art.

[0043] It should be noted that the arrangement of the rigid parts 6, 7 and the deformable parts 7 in the fastening elements 1a, 1b, 1c makes it possible to deform each deformable part 7 during insertion by the clamp and to adapt the deformation of the entire fastening element 1a, 1b, 1c to the geometric shape of the connection of the support element 3 to which the fastening element 1a, 1b, 1c is to be assembled.

[0044] It is also to be noted that the through holes 4 of the fastening elements 1a, 1b, 1c are configured to contribute to the suppression, and in particular to reduce, the movements of the deformable parts 7, so that the deformable parts 7 in combination with the rigid parts 6 can store maximum elastic energy during the actuation of the elements 1a, 1b, 1c to the support element 3 and thus enhance the retention of said elements 1a, 1b, 1c to said element 3.

[0045] It should be noted that the elastic fastening elements 1a, 1b, 1c, by being provided with at least four contact areas 13, exert a significantly reduced contact pressure on the peripheral wall 10 of the support element 3 and thus contribute to reducing the vulnerability of said elements 1a, 1b, 1c to cracking and chipping.

[0046] With reference to figure 5, the invention also relates to a method for performing an assembly 130 of an elastic fastening element with a support element 3 of an assembly 120 of a watch part. This method comprises a step 20 of inserting the support element 3 into an opening 5 of the fastening element 1a, 1b, 1c. During this step 20, an end of the support element is presented at the inlet of the opening 5 defined in the underside 12 of the fastening element 1a, 1b, 1c, with a view to inserting the connection part of the support element 3 into the volume defined by this opening 5. This step 20 comprises a sub-step 21 of elastically deforming the fastening element 1a, 1b, 1c, in particular the central area of the fastening element 1a, 1b, 1c including said opening 5, caused by the application of a contact force F by the contact part of the peripheral wall 10 of the connection part of the support element 3 to the contact area 13 of the deformable part 7. This elastic deformation of the central area thus results in a deformation of the various areas 8a, 8b, 8c of each deformable part 7 including the contact area 13.

[0047] The deformation sub-step 21 of the method comprises a stage 22 of moving the deformable part 7 under the action of a contact force F applied to it. Such movement of the deformable part 7 is performed in a radial direction R relative to a rotation axis A common to the support element 3 and to the fastening element 1. The contact force F is preferably perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to said contact area 13. During the course of this stage 23 the rigid part 6 is not deformed.

[0048] The method then comprises a step 23 of fastening the fastening elements 1a, 1b, 1c to the support element 3. Such fastening step 23, in particular by radial elastic clamping, comprises a sub-step 24 of radial elastic clamping of the fastening elements 1a, 1b, 1c to the support element 3. It is therefore seen that in such a constrained state the fastening elements 1a, 1b, 1c store a large amount of elastic energy which contributes to providing the fastening elements 1a, 1b, 1c with a considerable holding torque enabling in particular an optimal twisting by elastic clamping.
