To improve convenience for wheelchair users when using on-demand buses.SOLUTION: An information processing device disclosed herein automatically generates an operation plan for an on-demand bus. The information processing device comprises a control unit configured to set a stopping time at a first boarding point where a first user using a wheelchair boards or gets off the on-demand bus to be longer than a stopping time at a second boarding point where users other than the first user board or get off the on-demand bus.
