AI Technical Summary
Technical Problem
In the existing high-precision screen printing technology, the fastening method of screen printing and frame is relatively complex and costly, and difficult to automate, resulting in high material waste and recycling costs.
Method used
A method of building screen printing screen assembly is adopted. By installing a bendable fastening mechanism on the frame, the screen printing screen is tightened and fixed to the frame by using elastic potential energy, which simplifies the installation and disassembly of screen printing screen.
Benefits of technology
It realizes efficient fastening and loosening of screen printing screens, reduces material waste and recycling costs, and simplifies automated production processes.

Abstract
A printing screen assembly, a frame for a printing screen, and methods of construction thereof are disclosed. The printing screen assembly has a frame including a first elongated frame member, a second elongated frame member parallel to and in fixed relation to the first frame member, and corresponding cantilevered first and second tensioning mechanisms extending from each frame member along its length. While the first tensioning mechanism is in contact with the first abutment mechanism, the tensioning mechanism may be elastically biased into contact with the abutment mechanism, thereby securing the printing screen to its mounting on the first tensioning mechanism, thereby applying a predictable pretensioning force. The frame may be formed by preselecting the elasticity of the tensioning mechanism, thereby preselecting the tension applied when tensioning the printing screen during use.
