Abstract

Provided are a notification device capable of reducing sound produced by vibration of an actuator, a control program for the notification device, and a seat system.　This notification device is mounted onto an object and notifies a user using the object by presenting a tactile sensation through vibration. The notification device comprises: a signal output unit for outputting a drive signal that has a signal pattern of a drive frequency corresponding to the type of event; an actuator driven by the drive signal; a sound output unit for outputting sound waves; and a control unit for determining, on the basis of the drive frequency of the drive signal, whether to have the sound output unit output negation sound waves for canceling out sound waves produced in association with the vibration of the actuator.
