Abstract

To provide a surface treatment method for a base material excellent in cleaning performance of the base material covered with a cured film.SOLUTION: A barn drainboard 11 as a base material inevitably has a pore 12 on the surface. The surface treatment method for the base material comprises a step of coating the barn drainboard 11 with 2-liquid curable epoxy resin paint containing a main agent and a curative. The epoxy resin paint has viscosity of coating material of 1000-35000 mPs s, and buries the pore 12 on the surface of the barn drainboard 11 to form a continuous a cured film 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

Claims

1. A surface treatment method for a substrate, comprising the step of applying a two-component epoxy resin coating containing a main agent and a hardener to the substrate, The base material is a slatted mat for livestock barns, and its surface inevitably has pores, The epoxy resin coating has a viscosity of 1,000 to 35,000 mPa·s when measured with a B-type viscometer at 2 rpm and 20 rpm (23°C), and the coating fills the pores to form a continuous cured film, which is the characteristic of the surface treatment method for a substrate.

2. The surface treatment method for a substrate according to claim 1, characterized in that the main component contains a silane coupling agent.

3. The surface treatment method for a substrate according to claim 2, characterized in that the silane coupling agent contains an epoxy group.

4. The surface treatment method for a substrate according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that granular material is attached to the cured film.

5. A two-component epoxy resin coating containing a main agent and a hardener is applied to a molded body, such as a livestock barn floor, which inevitably has pores on its surface, and a cured film is formed on the surface. A coated molded article characterized in that the viscosity of the epoxy resin coating is 1,000 to 35,000 mPa·s, measured at both 2 rpm and 20 rpm (23°C) using a B-type viscometer.

6. The coated molded article according to claim 5, characterized in that granular material is attached to the cured coating.
