Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a simple clean room that can be easily installed in an indoor space of a building such as a factory or a warehouse and keep the interior clean.
Background Art
[0002] In recent years, due to fluctuations in the world economic situation, there has been a tendency for an increasing number of vacant factories, warehouses, and stores associated with factory closures. On the other hand, affected by the world's conflict crisis and other factors, food supply shortages, supply shortages of electronic components, etc. are also serious problems, and their solutions are desired as part of local revitalization. The present invention was conceived based on these backgrounds, and forms a simple clean room by effectively utilizing a self-supporting sheet shutter in a vacant factory or warehouse.
[0003] Conventionally, as a simple clean room that can be easily installed in an indoor space of a building such as a factory, the simple clean rooms described in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 are known. The simple clean room described in Patent Document 1 utilizes the rails of the facility, and for a rail of a predetermined length installed on the upper part of the facility, two support rods are arranged at a predetermined interval so as to be orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the rail, and a sheet is attached to both the support rods and the upper surface side of the rail. In addition, sheets are attached to one end side and the other end side of both support rods along the longitudinal direction of the rail, and further, sheets are attached to the side surfaces of the individual support rods, respectively, to form a simple clean room.
[0004] And the simple clean room described in Patent Document 2 includes a decomposable box-type frame, a transparent or semi-transparent plastic sheet that covers the entire box-type frame, and a blower device that is detachably attached to the frame and includes a dust removal filter, and is a simple clean room in which a fastener 8 serving as an entrance / exit is attached to the plastic sheet.

[0005] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Publication No. 2012-180964 [Patent Document 2] Publication No. 62-029035 [Overview of the Initiative] [Problems that the invention aims to solve]
[0006] Cleanrooms are constructed with airtight seals and are kept clean at all times by air conditioning systems. Therefore, it is important to ensure smooth entry and exit to the cleanroom and prevent dust and other foreign matter from entering. However, simple cleanrooms installed inside buildings are easily constructed by covering a frame with plastic sheeting, making it difficult to take precautions against the entry of foreign matter during entry and exit.
[0007] For example, since the simple cleanroom described in Patent Document 1 does not mention an entrance or exit, it is presumed that one enters and exits the simple cleanroom by lifting the bottom of the sheet with their hands and crawling inside. This method of entry and exit would cause the sheet to shake violently, allowing a large amount of outside air from around the lifted sheet to enter the simple cleanroom.
[0008] Furthermore, in Patent Document 2, entry and exit to the simple cleanroom is achieved by opening and manipulating the zippers on a plastic sheet, which is then opened to the left and right for entry and exit. This method of entry and exit also causes the plastic sheet to shake violently, allowing a large amount of outside air from around the opened plastic sheet to enter the simple cleanroom.
[0009] The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and aims to provide a simple cleanroom installed inside a building, which allows for smooth entry and exit to the simple cleanroom and prevents foreign matter such as flying insects and dust from entering the cleanroom as much as possible. [Means for solving the problem]
[0010] To solve the above problems, the present invention provides a simple cleanroom, which is provided in the indoor space of a building, and is characterized by comprising: first sheet shutters, which are self-supporting sheet shutters, arranged in each inner corner of the simple cleanroom; long first beam members fixed to the upper end of the sheet shutters so as to span the outer perimeter of the simple cleanroom; first sheet members that are hung on the first sheet shutters and the first beam members and together with the first sheet shutters make the inside of the simple cleanroom airtight; and air conditioning equipment that connects the inside and outside of the simple cleanroom and supplies air so that the inside of the simple cleanroom is in a positive pressure state.
[0011] Furthermore, the first sheet shutter is characterized in that it is supported by a plurality of elongated first support members, one end of which is fixed to a location on the upper end of the first sheet shutter where the first sheet member does not rest, and the other end of which is fixed to the structural frame of the building or the floor on which the first sheet shutter is placed.
[0012] Furthermore, the simple cleanroom has a windbreak chamber formed in the space between an arbitrary first sheet shutter and a second sheet shutter, which is a self-supporting sheet shutter positioned inside the simple cleanroom, facing the first sheet shutter at a distance from it. A long second beam member is fixed to the upper end of the first sheet shutter and the upper end of the second sheet shutter so as to span the inside of the simple cleanroom, and the simple cleanroom has a second sheet member that is stretched over the first sheet shutter, the second sheet shutter, the first beam member and the second beam member inside the simple cleanroom, and the first sheet shutter and the second sheet shutter make the inside of the windbreak chamber airtight.
[0013] Furthermore, it is characterized by having an interlock function that makes it impossible to open the second sheet shutter when the first sheet shutter of the vestibule is open, and makes it impossible to open the first sheet shutter of the vestibule when the second sheet shutter is open.
[0014] Furthermore, the air conditioning system comprises a long, tubular center pole erected in the center of the simple cleanroom and having multiple exhaust ports on its side; an air purifier fixed to the upper end of the center pole and supplying air to the center pole; and an air compressor located outside the simple cleanroom, connected to the air purifier and supplying air to the air purifier. The air purifier is supported by a long second support member, one end of which is fixed to the air purifier and the other end of which is fixed to the structural frame of the building that spans above the simple cleanroom. [Effects of the Invention]
[0015] According to the present invention, the simple cleanroom is equipped with an openable and closable sheet shutter that opens upwards as an entrance, allowing entry and exit to the simple cleanroom without shaking the sheet, thus minimizing the entry of foreign matter such as flying insects and dust into the simple cleanroom. Furthermore, by using a self-supporting sheet shutter, there is no need to prepare a wall or the like to attach the sheet shutter, and the framework of the simple cleanroom can be simplified by using the sheet shutters placed in each corner of the simple cleanroom as column members of the simple cleanroom's frame.
[0016] By supporting the upper end of the first sheet shutter with the first support member, the stability of the first sheet shutter can be increased.
[0017] Furthermore, by installing a windbreak, it is possible to significantly prevent the entry of foreign matter such as flying insects and dust into the simple cleanroom.
[0018] Furthermore, due to the interlock function that makes it impossible to open one of the first sheet shutter and the second sheet shutter of the air lock chamber while the other is open, when entering or leaving the simple clean room through the air lock chamber, it is possible to significantly prevent the intrusion of foreign matters such as flying insects and dust into the simple clean room.
[0019] Furthermore, the air conditioning equipment equipped with an air cleaner can supply clean air into the simple clean room, maintain the inside of the simple clean room in a hygienic positive pressure state and keep it as a clean space, and prevent the air containing foreign matters such as flying insects and dust outside the simple clean room from entering the simple clean room through gap wind or the like.

Modes for Carrying Out the Invention
[0021] The simple clean room 200 according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. However, the following is merely an exemplary illustration of an embodiment of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited to the following embodiment and can be appropriately changed without departing from the idea of the present invention.
[0022] The simplified cleanroom 200 according to this embodiment is installed in the indoor space of a building 100 such as a factory or warehouse, has a rectangular outer perimeter, and is equipped with air conditioning equipment 10 and a windbreak room 300. First, as shown in Figures 1 and 3, four freestanding sheet shutters 1, which are first sheet shutters 7, are arranged so as to be located in the four inner corners 201 of the simplified cleanroom 200. The direction in which the front of each first sheet shutter 7 faces can be arbitrarily determined.
[0023] Then, as shown in Figures 1 and 3, four long L-angle first-girder members 17 are fixed to the upper ends 5 of each of the first sheet shutters 7 so as to span the outer perimeter of the simple cleanroom 200, thereby fixing the four first sheet shutters 7 to each other and forming the framework of the simple cleanroom 200.
[0024] Here, we will describe the self-supporting sheet shutter 1. As shown in Figure 3, the self-supporting sheet shutter 1 comprises two upright column sections 2 having vertically extending guide rails (not shown) on their opposing sides, a sheet storage section 3 suspended above the upper ends of the two column sections 2, and a sheet 4 stored in the sheet storage section 3 that can be unfolded downward along the respective guide rails of the two column sections 2 to close the area enclosed by the two column sections 2 and the sheet storage section 3. The sheet shutter 1 can be erected by itself using the two column sections 2.
[0025] These freestanding sheet shutters 1 come in various sizes, from small ones with a horizontal opening width of about 1 meter, to medium, large, and extra-large ones with an opening width of about 10 meters. Although not shown in the drawings, small ones can be used for areas with only pedestrian access, medium and large ones for areas with material access, and extra-large ones for areas with equipment access.
[0026] Figure 2 is a cross-sectional view of the line A-A in Figure 1, and also shows the area around the simple cleanroom 200, which is not shown in Figure 1. As shown in Figure 2, the first sheet shutter 7 is equipped with a fixing fitting 6 at its upper end 5 for fixing one end 20 of the first support member 19, which is a long wire or bolt. The one end 20 of the first support member 19 is fixed to the fixing fitting 6 at the upper end 5 of the first sheet shutter 7 by a fixing means (not shown) consisting of a bolt and nut, and the other end 21 of the first support member 19 is fixed to the structural frame 101 of the building 100, which is a beam, or to the floor 102 on which the simple cleanroom 200 is located, by a fixing means (not shown) consisting of a bolt and nut or an anchor bolt, etc. The tension of the first support member 19 is appropriately adjusted by a tension adjusting member 25, which is a turnbuckle, provided in the middle of the first support member 19. Two first support members 19 are fixed to one first sheet shutter 7, and the tension of the two first support members 19 pulls the upper end 5 of the first sheet shutter 7 in different directions, thereby increasing the stability of the first sheet shutter 7.
[0027] In Figure 2, a single fixing bracket 6 is provided at the upper end 5 of the first sheet shutter 7, but the fixing brackets 6 may also be placed on the left and right sides of the upper end 5 of the first sheet shutter 7. Basically, the first sheet shutter 7 is wide and less likely to tip over in the left-right direction, but narrow and more likely to tip over in the front-back direction. The first support member 19 supports the first sheet shutter 7 in a manner that follows the front-back direction, thereby increasing stability in preventing it from tipping over. In addition, although the illustration and explanation show one end of the first support member 19 being fixed to the floor 102 where the simple clean room 200 is placed, the floor fixing may be omitted if there are obstacles to walking or other issues.
[0028] Next, the air conditioning equipment 10 is installed. As shown in Figure 2, the air conditioning equipment 10 comprises a center pole 11, which is a long, tubular structure with multiple exhaust ports 12 on its side and is erected in the center of the simple clean room 200; an air purifier 14, which is fixed to the upper end of the center pole 11 and supplies purified air to the center pole 11; and an air compressor 16, which is located outside 204 of the simple clean room 200 and connected to the air purifier 14 by a duct 15 to supply air to the air purifier 14. The air purifier 14 is supported from below by the center pole 11 and is stabilized by being supported from above by a second support member 22, which is a long wire or bolt fixed to the structural frame 101 of the building 100, with one end 23 fixed to the upper end of the air purifier 14 and the other end 24 fixed to a beam. The tension of the second support member 22 is appropriately adjusted by a tension adjustment member 25, which is a turnbuckle located in the middle of the second support member 22.
[0029] Next, a windbreak room 300 is provided. As shown in Figures 1 and 3, the windbreak room 300 is formed by a second sheet shutter 9, which is a self-supporting sheet shutter 1 for forming the windbreak room 300, which is positioned in the interior 203 of the simple clean room 200, facing any one of the four first sheet shutters 7 at a distance from it, and along the outer perimeter of the simple clean room 200. At this time, the middle of the first beam member 17, which is fixed to the upper end 5 of the first sheet shutter 8 and the upper end 5 of the other first sheet shutter 7, is also fixed to the upper end 5 of the second sheet shutter 9, and furthermore, a second beam member 18, which is a long L-angle or wire, is fixed to the upper end 5 of the first sheet shutter 8 and the upper end 5 of the second sheet shutter 9 so as to be suspended in the interior 203 of the simple clean room 200.
[0030] As shown in Figure 4, the transparent second sheet member 30 is hung over the first sheet shutter 8, the second sheet shutter 9, the first girder member 17, and the second girder member 18 to partition the windbreak room 300. The edge 31 of the second sheet member 30 that hangs over the first sheet shutter 8 is fixed to the column 2 and sheet storage section 3 of the first sheet shutter 8 with tape 33, and the edge 31 of the second sheet member 30 that hangs over the second sheet shutter 9 is fixed to the column 2 and sheet storage section 3 of the second sheet shutter 9 with tape 33, thereby forming the windbreak room 300 as a clean booth. In addition, although not shown, a long weight material made of iron pipe is attached along the bottom 32 of the second sheet member 30 to prevent any gaps from forming between the bottom 32 of the second sheet member 30 and the floor 102.
[0031] Next, as shown in Figure 5, a transparent first sheet member 26 is placed over the first sheet shutter 7 and the first girder member 17 to partition the simple clean room 200. The edges 28 of the first sheet member 26 that hang over the first sheet shutter 7 are fixed to the column 2 and sheet storage section 3 of the first sheet shutter 7 with tape 33 so that the inside 203 of the simple clean room 200 is airtight with the first sheet shutter 7 and the first sheet member 26, thereby forming a simple clean room 200 as a large-space disinfection booth (pressurized room). The ceiling portion 202 of the simple clean room 200 is formed like a square roof, as shown in Figures 5 and 6, with the center of the simple clean room 200 being the apex. The apex portion of the first sheet member 26 has a hole along the air purifier 14 of the air conditioning equipment 10, and with the air purifier 14 fitted into the hole, the outer edge 28 of the hole is fixed to the air purifier 14 with tape 33. Furthermore, although not shown, a long weight made of iron pipe is attached along the bottom 29 of the first sheet member 26, so that there is no gap between the bottom 29 of the first sheet member 26 and the floor 102.
[0032] The simplified cleanroom 200, as described above, is constantly supplied with purified air by the air conditioning equipment 10 so that its interior 203 is under positive pressure, and so that outside air 204 does not enter the simplified cleanroom 200 through drafts or other means. Furthermore, as shown in Figures 2 and 6, the center pole 11 has a check valve 13 at its upper part as a means of preventing backflow of air. Although not shown, spot coolers or the like may be appropriately placed inside the simplified cleanroom 200 to maintain a temperature within the room.
[0033] Furthermore, the sheet shutter 1 is a non-contact automatic shutter, and can be opened and closed by waving a hand over a sensor (not shown) provided on the column portion 2 of the sheet shutter 1, so that the sheet shutter 1 is not contaminated by being touched by an unspecified number of people.
[0034] Furthermore, the control device (not shown) for the first sheet shutter 8 of the vestibule 300 and the control device (not shown) for the second sheet shutter 9 are connected, and an interlock function is incorporated that prevents the other from opening when either the first sheet shutter 8 or the second sheet shutter 9 is open. Therefore, when entering or exiting the simple clean room 200 through the vestibule 300, outside air is prevented from entering the interior 203 of the simple clean room 200. As shown in Figure 1, two air purifiers 34 equipped with a sterilization system are installed inside the vestibule 300, and the outside air 204 that enters the vestibule 300 by opening and closing the first sheet shutter 8 is sterilized and purified. In Figures 1 to 3, these air purifiers 34 are shown mounted on the floor 102, but they may also be installed in a ceiling configuration, suspended between the first and second girder members 17 and 18 above the vestibule 300. This has the advantage of expanding the walking space inside the vestibule 300.
[0035] Furthermore, the vestibule 300 is equipped with sensors (not shown) for measuring the internal air pressure, air quality level, temperature, and humidity, and the internal air pressure, air quality level, temperature, and humidity of the vestibule 300 can be managed on the cloud. Similarly, each first sheet shutter 7 constituting the simple cleanroom 200 is equipped with sensors (not shown) on the indoor side for measuring the internal air pressure, air quality level, temperature, and humidity, and the internal air pressure, air quality level, temperature, and humidity at each corner of the simple cleanroom 200 can be managed on the cloud to measure and manage changes in the indoor environment.
[0036] The entrances and exits of the simple cleanroom 200, which are four first sheet shutters 7, consist of self-supporting sheet shutters 1 that make up the entrances and exits, ranging from small ones with a horizontal opening width of about 1 meter to medium, large, and extra-large ones with an opening width of about 10 meters. Although not shown in the drawings, if a small-sized shutter is placed at the entrance of the vestibule 300 which is exclusively for the entry and exit of people, and medium-sized and large-sized shutters are placed at the other three locations in the simple cleanroom 200 where materials enter and exit, and extra-large-sized shutters are placed at the entrances and exits of machinery and equipment, then, for example, after the simple cleanroom 200 is formed, it will be possible to use the entrances and exits for bringing in materials, processed goods, equipment, machinery and equipment, and for frequent entry and exit of people. After the interior 203 of the simple cleanroom 200 is purified by operating the air conditioning equipment 10, it is recommended to enter and exit through the first sheet shutters 8 that pass through the vestibule 300.
[0037] In this embodiment, the simple cleanroom 200 had four first sheet shutters 7 because the outer perimeter of the simple cleanroom 200 was rectangular. For example, if the outer perimeter of the simple cleanroom 200 was hexagonal, six first sheet shutters 7 would be arranged in each of the six inner corners 201.
[0038] The simplified cleanroom 200 of this embodiment is equipped with one vestibule 300, but the simplified cleanroom 200 may be equipped with multiple vestibules 300.
[0039] In this embodiment, the first sheet member 26 and the second sheet member 30 are transparent, but they may be transparent, translucent, opaque, or a combination thereof. Similarly, the sheet 4 of the sheet shutter 1 may also be transparent, translucent, opaque, or a combination thereof.
[0040] In this embodiment, the edges 28 of the first sheet member 26 and the edges 31 of the second sheet member 30, which are fixed to the first sheet shutter 7, the second sheet shutter 9, and the air purifier 14, are fixed by tape 33. However, they may also be fixed by other means, such as attaching strong magnets to the edges 28 of the first sheet member 26 and the edges 31 of the second sheet member 30, and fixing the edges 28 of the first sheet member 26 and the edges 31 of the second sheet member 30 to the first sheet shutter 7, the second sheet shutter 9, and the air purifier 14 by the magnetic force of the magnets.
[0041] In this embodiment, the structural frame 101 to which the other end of the first support member and the other end of the second support member are fixed is the same beam, but it is not limited to this, and may be a column or the like, and it is not necessary for the structural frame 101 to which the other end of the first support member and the other end of the second support member are fixed to be the same.
[0042] In this embodiment, the edges 28 of the first sheet member 26 and the edges 31 of the second sheet member 30, which are fixed to the sheet shutter 7, the second sheet shutter 9, and the air purifier 14, are fixed by tape 33.
[0043] In this embodiment, the first support member 19 supports the first sheet shutter 7 from the outside 204 of the simple clean room 200 by fixing one end 20 of the first support member 19 to a fixing bracket 6 provided at a location on the upper end 5 of the first sheet shutter 7 where the first sheet member 26 does not rest. However, for example, the fixing bracket 6 could be provided at a position on the upper end 5 of the first sheet shutter 7 where the first sheet member 26 rests, a hole could be provided in the first sheet member 26 for the first support member 19 to pass through, one end 20 of the first support member 19 could be fixed to the fixing bracket 5 and the other end 21 could be fixed to the structural frame 101 by passing the first support member 19 through the hole, and the hole through which the first support member 19 passes could be sealed with tape to prevent any gaps from forming. In this way, the upper end 5 of the first sheet shutter 7 could be supported from the outside 204 of the simple clean room 200 by the first support member 19.
[0044] In this embodiment, the first sheet shutter 7 and the second sheet shutter 9 are covered by the first sheet member 26 and the second sheet member 30, but the side portions corresponding to the height of the first sheet shutter 7 and the second sheet shutter 9 may be connected by partition members, which are screen-like partition members or panel members.
