Abstract

A method for controlling an air conditioner is disclosed. The method for controlling an air conditioner according to the present disclosure comprises: at least one outdoor unit; and a plurality of indoor units connected to the outdoor unit and equipped with vanes for controlling airflow direction. The method further comprises the step of classifying indoor units by indoor space by comparing the hourly air temperature distribution of each indoor unit detected by a first temperature sensor that detects the air temperature of the indoor units.
