AI Technical Summary

Technical Problem

The existing track lighting system is difficult to bend and shape due to metal rails, and has heavier weight and poor installation freedom. The conductivity of the wire can only connect the lamps at the end of the wire, and it is impossible to install the lamps at any position.

Method used

Using a flexible low-voltage rail lighting system, guide rails and flat wires made of flexible materials are used, combined with the design of lighting mechanisms and connection mechanisms, allowing the lamp to be installed at any position of the flat wires and electrically connected through conductive contacts and conductive disks.

Benefits of technology

It realizes flexible installation and electrical connection of the rail lighting system, improves work efficiency and installation freedom, and avoids the problem of rail falling off.

Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of lighting structures, and in particular to a flexible low-voltage track lighting system. The flexible low-voltage track lighting system comprises a mounting shell and a flat wire, wherein the flat wire is fitted on an inner side of the mounting shell; a lighting mechanism is fitted between the mounting shell and the flat wire; the lighting mechanism comprises a first side plate, a second side plate, support layers and a light sheet; the first side plate is fixed to one end of the mounting shell, and the second side plate is fixed to the other end of the mounting shell; the support layers are fixed to two sides of the interior of the mounting shell; and the light sheet is fixed to the bottoms of the support layers, and is fitted and connected to the flat wire. In the present invention, the structural design of the lighting mechanism and a connecting mechanism enables mounting of a lamp at any position on the flat wire, thereby increasing the working efficiency and improving the flexibility of the system; and the structural design of an auxiliary mechanism enables more secure fixing of the flat wire to the mounting shell, so as to prevent the flat wire from disengaging from the mounting shell.
