A TEE-based trusted computing platform, a method for executing a security protection task, and a computing device. The trusted computing platform comprises a computing component and a protection component. The protection component comprises: a trusted software base (TSB); and a trusted platform control module (TPCM), the TPCM comprising a TPCM functional component and a lightweight TPCM management component, wherein the TPCM functional component is used for providing security protection for the computing component, and the lightweight TPCM management component is used for performing life cycle management on the TSB and the TPCM functional component. By means of the trusted computing platform, the security of a TPCM can be improved.
