Abstract

The invention relates to a secure individual detection and protection device (1), in particular for warning an individual of a hazard, including a portable individual apparatus (10) provided with at least one remote reception and transmission system (3), and a system (4) for emitting at least one alarm signal, characterised in that it includes one or more detection modules (2) able to communicate with the at least one remote reception and transmission system (3) of the individual apparatus and in that the detection modules (2) are stored in the individual apparatus (10) when not being used and can be removed from the apparatus, each of the detection modules (2) being provided with removable attachment means (21) for attachment to the apparatus (10; 90), as well as with temporary attachment means (21; 23) intended for the attachment thereof in the use position on a receiving surface away from the individual.
