Abstract

An air blowing system (100) comprises an air blowing device (1) installed in a factory, and an air blowing control device (2) for controlling the air blowing device (1). The air blowing control device (2) has an air blowing amount management unit (21) for managing the air volume of the air blowing device (1) on the basis of a production facility energy usage amount, which is the amount of energy used in a production facility installed in the factory. The air blowing amount management unit (21) manages the air volume of the air blowing device (1) on the basis of: the production facility energy usage amount; the outside air temperature, which is the temperature of air outside the factory; and a preset target temperature.
