Abstract

Provided is an automatic analysis device that is capable of accurately deriving the flow rate of a liquid flowing in piping. This automatic analysis device for analyzing a specimen is characterized by comprising: piping through which a liquid flows; a temperature sensor that is disposed away from the piping, the temperature sensor measuring the temperature of a space in which the piping is provided; and a flow rate calculation unit that calculates the flow rate of the liquid flowing through the piping on the basis of a reference flow rate, which is measured in advance at a reference temperature, and a measured temperature outputted by the temperature sensor.
