Abstract

A control method executed by a terminal device, the method comprising: establishing connection with a first base station device in a first frequency band; establishing connection with a base station device different from the first base station device in a second frequency band different from the first frequency band; receiving, from the first base station device in the first frequency band, an instruction to change the base station device that is a counterpart for connection in the second frequency band, from a third base station device that operates in the second frequency band and that is connected to the terminal device, to a second base station device that operates in the second frequency band and that is not connected to the terminal device, on the basis of the reception quality of an interference signal transmitted from the terminal device in the second base station device; and changing the counterpart for connection in the second frequency band to the second base station device on the basis of the instruction.
