Keyword-based testing method and system thereof

Abstract

Provided are a keyword-based testing method and a system thereof. According to some embodiments, the keyword-based testing method comprises the steps of: acquiring information about a plurality of keywords used for creating test cases for target software, wherein the acquired information includes code routines for the plurality of keywords; calculating the complexity of each of the plurality of keywords by analyzing the code routines; calculating scores for each of the plurality of keywords on the basis of the complexities; and determining rankings for the plurality of keywords on the basis of the scores. According to the method, information about rankings based on the utility of the keywords can be provided to testers of the target software, and as a result, the difficulty of creating the test cases can be reduced and the convenience of the testers can be improved.
