Sleep management system and method for controlling same

Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a sleep management system comprising: at least one sensor for detecting a biometric signal of a user; at least one electronic device; and a hub device for communicating with the at least one sensor and the at least one electronic device. The hub device recognizes a stage of the user from among a sleep preparation stage, a sleep stage, or a wake-up stage on the basis of the biometric signal of the user, and transmits, to the at least one electronic device, a control command for controlling the at least one electronic device on the basis of the recognized stage.
