Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for wettability modification of carbon allotropes, comprising the steps of: preparing carbon allotropes; preparing a solvent capable of inducing generation of hydrophilic radicals or hydrophobic radicals; contacting the carbon allotropes with the solvent; supplying energy to the solvent by using an energy source; and generating hydrophilic radicals or hydrophobic radicals of the solvent through the energy supplied to the solvent, and bonding the generated radicals to the end of the carbon allotropes.
