AI Technical Summary
Technical Problem
Existing systems for annotating pet health-related sensor data lack contextual information, making it difficult to conduct a holistic analysis of pet behavioral health.
Method used
A method and system that receive activity data from sensors, determine pet behavior, and correlate it with contextual data such as nutrition, medication, mobility, life events, and emotional state, providing a user interface to display annotated behavior data.
Benefits of technology
Enables a more comprehensive understanding of pet health by integrating sensor data with contextual information, allowing for better monitoring of changes in pet behavior and potential health issues.

Abstract
A method for annotating pet health-related sensor data includes receiving from one or more sensors (130-140) activity data indicative of one or more movements of a pet, determining a behavior of the pet based on the activity data, receiving contextual data associated with the pet from a user device (102, 124), determining a temporal relationship between at least one data point of the behavior of the pet and at least one data point of the contextual data, determining a correlation between the behavior of the pet and at least one data point of the contextual data based on the temporal relationship, and providing a user interface (112, 129) for display on the user device (102, 124). The user interface (112, 129) includes at least one graphic depicting the behavior annotated with the contextual data determined to be correlated with the behavior.
