AI Technical Summary

Technical Problem

Plant powders are prone to agglomeration due to their own hydrophilic groups, resulting in poor dispersion and difficult to meet the requirements of dry spinning. At the same time, beneficial components in the plant powder are wasted during the extraction process.

Method used

By mixing and grinding the plant powder with the negative ion powder, the negative electrode repulsion of the negative ion powder is used to prevent the agglomeration of the plant powder, and the ultra-refining and grafting copolymerization of the plant powder are achieved through the synergistic action of polyester wax and MOFs catalyst, and the micron-scale particle size requirements of dry spinning are achieved.

Benefits of technology

It effectively improves the dispersion of plant powder, meets the requirements of dry spinning, realizes efficient utilization of the whole plant, retains the beneficial ingredients in the plant, and imparts excellent antibacterial properties, negative ion properties and moisturizing rate to the modified chemical fibers.

Abstract

The present invention belongs to the technical field of functional fibers, and specifically relates to a method for preparing plant powder modified chemical fibers. The method comprises the following steps: mixing and grinding plant powders and anionic powders, so as to obtain superfine plant mixed powders; adding polyester wax to the superfine plant mixed powders, adding an MOF catalyst thereto, and mixing same until uniform, so as to obtain total superfine mixed powders; then subjecting the total superfine mixed powders and modified chemical fiber monomers to high-temperature graft copolymerization and granulation, so as to obtain plant-powder-modified masterbatch; and mixing the plant-powder-modified masterbatch with chemical fiber monomer slices, and subjecting same to dry spinning, so as to obtain plant-powder-modified chemical fibers. The present invention solves the problem of extremely high tendency of plant powders towards agglomeration due to hydrophilic groups thereof; and by using the anionic powders as an abrasive and an anionic dispersing agent, the dispersity of the plant powders is effectively improved, and the requirements of dry spinning are met.
