Check valve

By designing the guide fit between the piston and the valve cavity and the limiting structure of the elastic member in the check valve, the problem of the elastic member deflection during the piston movement is solved, and the linear movement of the piston and the stable control of fluid are achieved.

AI Technical Summary

Technical Problem

In existing one-way valves, the elastic members are prone to deflection during the movement of the piston, affecting the normal movement of the piston in the valve seat.

Method used

A check valve is designed, wherein the outer side wall of the piston is guided to cooperate with the inner wall of the valve cavity, and the elastic member is arranged between the piston and the mounting body. One end of the elastic member is located in the first guide hole and the other end is abutting the mounting body. The elastic member is avoided from deflection through the guide fit and the limiting structure.

Benefits of technology

It effectively avoids deflection during the movement of the piston, ensures that the piston moves in a straight line, and the elastic parts compress and restore in a straight line, ensuring the normal operation of the check valve and the stable control of the fluid.

Abstract

Provided in the present application is a check valve, comprising: a mounting body having a valve cavity and a valve port; a piston movably disposed within the valve cavity, an outer side wall of the piston being in guiding fit with an inner wall of the valve cavity, and the piston being capable of blocking or opening the valve port; and an elastic member disposed between the piston and the mounting body, the elastic member being used for providing an elastic force for the piston to move towards the valve port, wherein the piston has a first guide hole at the end thereof away from the valve port, one end of the elastic member is located in the first guide hole, and the other end of the elastic member abuts against the mounting body. The technical solution provided by the present application can solve the problem in the prior art of the elastic member being highly prone to deflection during the movement of the piston.
