AI Technical Summary
Technical Problem
Conventional methods for manufacturing perovskite solar cells do not adequately address the deterioration of the photosensitive layer due to moisture after cutting, which occurs during processes like roll-to-roll production.
Method used
A method involving the formation of an inorganic layer on the cut surface of the perovskite-type photosensitive layer using atmospheric pressure plasma, preferably within 30 seconds of cutting, to prevent moisture intrusion and subsequent deterioration.
Benefits of technology
This approach effectively prevents moisture-induced degradation of the photosensitive layer, ensuring stable performance and higher photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar cells.

Abstract
Provided is a method for manufacturing a solar cell with which it is possible to prevent any deterioration of a photosensitive layer after cutting in manufacturing a perovskite-type solar cell accompanied by cutting. The aforementioned problem is solved by cutting a photoelectric conversion layer having a perovskite-type photosensitive layer formed on a flexible support and then forming an inorganic layer on the photosensitive layer at the cut surface.
