Abstract
Provided is an inter-microcomputer communication circuit capable of protecting a terminal without reducing frequency responsiveness in two-way communication between microcomputers, even when the power supply of one of the microcomputers fails. The inter-microcomputer communication circuit comprises: an input terminal (12) of a first microcomputer (10) having a first power supply V1; an output terminal (22) of a second microcomputer (20) having a second power supply V2; a signal line (32(30)) for connecting the input terminal (12) of the first microcomputer (10) and the output terminal (22) of the second microcomputer (20), and transmitting a communication signal, output from the output terminal (22) of the second microcomputer (20), to the input terminal (12) of the first microcomputer (10); and a protection diode circuit (40) having a first node (connection node N4), which is provided on the signal line (30), and a protection diode (42), which is connected to the first power supply V1 and rectifies to the first power supply V1.
