Abstract

The invention relates to a method for controlling a light source comprising a plurality of luminous elements, a predefined set of luminous elements of the light source array being capable of projecting a light beam onto a regulatory point associated with a minimum intensity threshold. If a command to activate or deactivate a luminous function meets (701) activation conditions of the predefined set, the method comprises activating (703) groups of luminous elements contained in the predefined set of luminous elements, so as to project a light beam onto the regulatory point with a luminous intensity greater than the minimum luminous intensity threshold. Each group of luminous elements comprises adjacent luminous elements in the predefined set, and in which the groups are separated by deactivated luminous elements.
