Abstract

[Problem] To make it possible to utilize, in a terminal apparatus, power consumption information including the power consumption of a power-using facility. [Solution] Provided is a non-transitory application which can be read by a management server 27 having an auxiliary memory 31 and connected to a terminal apparatus 13 via a network 17, and causes the management server 27 to execute processes. The application causes the management server 27 to execute: a first process for acquiring a signal from a power detection sensor provided in an electric circuit connected to a power-using facility; a second process for acquiring information including the power consumption of the power-using facility by processing the signal acquired from the power detection sensor; a third process for generating facility information, associating the category of the power-using facility and the state of the power-using facility, on the basis of the information acquired in the second process and information stored in the auxiliary memory 31; and a fourth process for transmitting the facility information to the terminal apparatus 13.
