Disclosed are a heat exchanger and an air conditioner. A heat exchanger according to one aspect of the present specification comprises: a plurality of tubes in which a refrigerant flows and exchanges heat with outside air; a header including a first chamber and a second chamber that communicate with end portions of the plurality of tubes; and a baffle installed in the header and disposed between the first chamber and the second chamber.
