The present application discloses a collision avoidance method and a communication apparatus. The method comprises: receiving first control information (DCI), the first DCI being used for indicating a time domain resource of uplink data and a first time offset, the first time offset being a time length at least reserved between a first symbol and a second symbol, the first symbol being a first symbol of scheduled uplink data, and the second symbol being the last symbol of last scheduled downlink data before the scheduled uplink data; and on the basis of the time domain resource of the uplink data and the first time offset, sending the uplink data.
