Abstract
Provided are a method for high-throughput preparation and screening of a bioconjugate drug, and a system thereof. The method for high-throughput preparation and screening of a bioconjugate comprises the following steps: step 1, performing the high-throughput preparation of bioconjugates to obtain bioconjugate library A; step 2, performing primary screening on molecules in the bioconjugate library A by means of cell or organoid assays to obtain bioconjugate library B; step 3, performing secondary screening on molecules in the bioconjugate library B by means of patient-derived tissue xenograft animal model assays to obtain bioconjugate library C; and optionally step 4, performing pharmacological and toxicological studies on molecules in the bioconjugate library C to obtain a pre-clinical candidate compound.
