Abstract

The invention relates to a stamp system (1) for use in a stamping press, comprising a stamp holder (10) and a stamp (20) held therein, wherein the stamp (20) has a cylindrical stamp base (21) for being received in the stamp holder (10); a stamp tip (22) for piercing material; a ball locking recess (23) formed on the lateral surface of the stamp base (21) and a projection element (24) protruding radially from the lateral surface of the stamp base (21), wherein the stamp holder (10) has a main body (11) having a fastening surface (12) for fastening the stamp holder (10) to a stamping press and a receiving surface (13) opposite the fastening surface (12); a stamp hole (14) formed on the receiving surface (13) for receiving the stamp base (21); a spring-loaded locking ball (16) which extends partially into the stamp hole (14) and forms a ball lock with the ball locking recess (23) of the stamp (20), and a recess (17) which is formed in the receiving surface (13) and extends along the stamp hole (14), for receiving the projection element (24) of the stamp (20).
