Abstract

One system to which the present invention is applied includes: a resource allocating unit that, in response to an applicant's application, via a network, for use of a service, allocates a resource for a voice message to be transmitted assuming a recipient designated by the applicant; and a message processing unit that, during a predetermined set period, stores the voice message to be transmitted, with the resource as an access destination, in association with specific information relating to a contributor who transmitted the voice message. By associating the specific information, it is possible to present any contributor who has contributed a voice message for any recipient in such a way that the recipient can recognize the contributor.
