Abstract

Provided is a technology for reducing shock to a workpiece during machining and maintaining the quality of a workpiece machining surface. A machining control device (10) comprises: a program analysis unit (101) that generates cutting point command data from a machining program; a tool curve data acquisition unit (102) that acquires tool curve data generated on the basis of tool shape data; and a pulse generation unit (103) that generates, on the basis of the cutting point command data and the tool curve data, a pulse for operating a machine tool (40), and outputs the generated pulse to a motor of the machine tool (40).
