Description

Vitamin moisturizing cartridge

[0001] The present invention relates to a vitamin moisturizing cartridge.

[0002] In general, water is an indispensable element in daily life.

[0003] Just as medicinal herbs are added to water used for drinking and boiled before drinking, as awareness of water and interest in health increase, the perception of water used for washing the face, showering, and bathing is also changing.

[0004] Although this water is purified at water treatment plants using water purification devices and supplied to homes, chlorine components are not completely removed from the purified water and remain in a certain state, which can cause dermatitis in children or people with sensitive skin.

[0005] Therefore, recently, there is a demand for methods that alter the physical properties of water used for washing the face, showering, and bathing to not only remove residual chlorine components but also provide effects for skin treatment and beauty.

[0006] The present invention has been devised to solve the above-mentioned problems, and the objective of the present invention is to provide a vitamin moisturizing cartridge that temporarily delays the flow of water passing through the filter section to increase filtration efficiency, and keeps the water flowing over the upper part of the bath additive case in the mixing space so that the shower gel and water are mixed at an optimal ratio.

[0007] The problems of the present invention are not limited to those mentioned above, and other problems not mentioned will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the description below.

[0008] A vitamin moisturizing cartridge according to the present invention for solving the above problem comprises: a bath additive case stored inside a storage case and filled with shower gel; a sealing cap coupled to the upper part of the bath additive case to discharge the shower gel; a filter part located at the lower part of the bath additive case and fixed by being coupled to the storage case with a lower adapter; a guide channel for guiding the flow of water flowing between the storage case and the bath additive case; and a fixing projection formed on the outer surface of the bath additive case to fix the bath additive case inside the storage case.

[0009] It includes a through hole penetrating the upper central part of the above-mentioned end cap; and a guide groove formed on the outer surface of the above-mentioned end cap to correspond to a guide channel.

[0010] The filter portion comprises a filter body coupled inside the storage case; and a seating surface formed downwardly curved on the upper part of the filter body, on which the body portion of the bath additive case is seated.

[0011] It includes a mixing space formed downwardly concavely on the upper surface of the seal cap to increase the mixing efficiency of the bath additive and water.

[0012] It includes a contact-guiding projection formed at the lower part of the filter section to ensure that the filter section adheres to the inner surface of the storage case by water pressure supplied from the lower adapter.

[0013] According to the present invention, the flow of water passing through the filter section is temporarily delayed, thereby increasing filtration efficiency.

[0014] In addition, according to the present invention, water flowing over the upper part of the bath additive case is retained in the mixing space, thereby allowing the shower gel and water to be mixed at an optimal ratio.

Accordingly, the following detailed description is not intended to be limiting, and the scope of the invention is limited only by the appended claims, including all equivalents to those claimed therein, provided appropriately described. Similar reference numerals in the drawings refer to the same or similar functions across various aspects.

[0023] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings.

[0024] First, FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a vitamin moisturizing cartridge according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a front cross-sectional view of a vitamin moisturizing cartridge according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0025] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a vitamin moisturizing cartridge (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention spatially separates the space where the shower gel is filled from the water, so that when water flows into the vitamin moisturizing cartridge (100), the water and the shower gel do not come into direct contact, thereby preventing the shower gel from dissolving in the water and being consumed quickly.

[0026] To this end, a vitamin moisturizing cartridge (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention may include a bath additive case (20), a sealing cap (50), a filter part (60), a guide channel (70), and a fixing projection (80).

[0027] With reference to FIGS. 3 and 4, water is supplied to the vitamin moisturizing cartridge (100) through a supply hose (200) fixed to a water tap. The supply hose (200) can be connected to a lower adapter (40).

[0028] That is, the lower part of the lower adapter (40) is connected to a supply hose (200), and the upper part can be connected to a storage case (30).

[0029] The lower adapter (40) may include a first connecting part (41), a first assist part (42), and a first coupling part (43).

[0030] An insertion part (31) located on one side of the storage case (30) can be inserted and connected into the inner space of the first connecting part (41). That is, the insertion part (31) of the storage case (30) is inserted into the space where the first connecting part (41) and the first groove (41a) are spaced apart, and the end of the first groove (41a) can be placed on the step (31a) formed in the insertion part (31).

[0031] Accordingly, the lower adapter (40) and the storage case (30) can be strongly fixed by heat fusion through the first helper part (42) formed on the lower adapter (40).

[0032] The storage case (30) is coupled to the upper part of the lower adapter (40) and is formed in a cylindrical shape, and a storage space (30a) capable of storing a bath additive case (20) may be formed inside. The storage case (30) may include an insertion part (31) formed by bending both ends inward, and a step (31a) formed inwardly of the insertion part (31).

[0033] The above storage case (30) can be combined with a lower adapter (40) having an inlet (43a) for water to flow into one side and an upper adapter (10) having an outlet (13a) on the other side, respectively, while the bath additive case (20) is stored in the storage space (30a).

[0034] The upper adapter (10) is coupled to the upper part of the storage case (30) and may include a second coupling part (13) that is threaded and protrudes outward from the discharge port (13a) of the storage case (30), and a support projection (14) that protrudes inward from the discharge port (13a) of the storage case (30) and contacts the upper part of the end cap (50).

[0035] A shower housing (300) can be attached to the above outlet (13a).

[0036] The support ridge (14) can be in contact with the end cap (50) to support the upper part of the bath additive case (20). The support ridge (14) can be formed in a ring shape, and a plurality of circulation holes (14a) can be formed spaced apart along the circumferential direction of the support ridge (14). Accordingly, water flowing in from the inlet (43a) and circulated can exit through the circulation holes (14a) to the outlet (13a).

[0037] The upper adapter (10) may include a second connecting part (11) connected to a second assist part (12) and an insertion part (31) of the storage case (30) for fixing to the storage case (30). An insertion part (31) located on the other side of the storage case (30) may be inserted into and connected to the inner space of the second connecting part (11).

[0038] That is, the insertion part (31) of the storage case (30) is inserted into the space where the second connecting part (11) and the second groove (11a) are spaced apart, and the end of the second groove (11a) can be placed on the step (31a) formed in the insertion part (31).

[0039] Accordingly, the upper adapter (10) and the storage case (30) can be strongly fixed by heat fusion by the second support part (12) formed on the upper adapter (10).

[0040] In addition, the bath additive case (20) of the present invention is formed in a cylindrical shape so that it can be stored inside a storage case (30).

[0041] An opening is formed in the interior of the bath product case (20) that is open in the upward direction so that a bath product, such as a shower gel, can be filled, and the opening serves as an inlet so that the shower gel can be filled.

[0042] The above shower gel may be in a liquid or semi-solid state and may have one or more fragrances selected from aroma, fruit, and floral scents added to vitamin components such as vitamin C. The shower gel keeps the skin moisturized and is effective for whitening and anti-aging.

[0043] The lower part of the bath additive case (20) is a part that contacts the filter part (60), and a curved part (20a) may be formed so that it can be seated on the upper part of the filter part.

[0044] A connecting projection (21) is formed on the inner side of the upper part of the bath additive case (20), and when the connecting projection (54) of the end cap (50) is connected to the inner side of the upper part of the bath additive case (20), the connecting projection (54) is seated on the connecting projection (21) and strongly fixed by heat fusion.

[0045] At least one radial discharge channel (22) may be formed at the bottom of the bath additive case (20).

[0046] One end of the above discharge channel (22) is formed to be in communication with the delay space (64), and the other end can be in communication with the movement channel so that water can move between the bath additive case (20) and the storage case (30) through the delay space (64).

[0047] That is, the discharge channel (22) allows the entire amount of water flowing into the delay space (64) to move to the moving channel, and only a portion of the water flowing into the delay space (64) can move to the moving channel through the discharge channel (22).

[0048] Therefore, the water passing through the filter body (61) and the water moving through the discharge channel (22) are mixed and can move toward the upper direction of the bath additive case (20).

[0049] The above-mentioned end cap (50) is attached to the upper part of the bath product case (20), and the shower gel filled inside the bath product case (20) can be discharged.

[0050] The end cap (50) may include a through hole (51) and a guide groove (52).

[0051] The above through holes (51) may be formed in multiple numbers on the upper surface of the end cap (50), and only one through hole may be formed in the central part.

[0052] Water supplied through the supply hose (200) and lower adapter (40) can flow in through the penetration hole (51) and dissolve the shower gel filled inside the bath additive case (20).

[0053] The dissolved shower gel remains inside the bath product case (20) and can leak out to the outside of the bath product case (20) due to the pressure difference when water flows rapidly to the outside of the bath product case (20), and can naturally mix with the water flowing to the outside of the bath product case (20).

[0054] Therefore, water flows in and out through the penetration hole (51), and if the size of the penetration hole (51) is less than 0.5 mm, the flow of water may not be smooth. Conversely, if the size of the penetration hole (51) exceeds 1.3 mm, the flow of water cannot be controlled, so the dissolution of the shower gel becomes very fast, which may make it somewhat difficult to use for a long period of time.

[0055] Therefore, the size of the through hole (51) is suitable to be 0.5 mm or more and 1.3 mm or less, and more specifically, 0.8 mm. Also, while the shower gel in a liquid state can dissolve quickly in water, the shower gel in a semi-solid state may not dissolve properly.

[0056] Therefore, the more the number of penetration holes (51), the larger the surface area where water comes into contact with the shower gel, so that the dissolution of the shower gel can be carried out smoothly.

[0057] The above-mentioned guide groove (52) may be formed at least one on the outer surface of the end cap (50).

[0058] The cross-section of the guide groove (52) may be formed in a crescent shape or a square shape.

[0059] Water supplied through the lower adapter (40) flows in through the flow path between the bath additive case (20) and the storage case (30), and the flowing water is guided along the guide groove (52) so that it can flow smoothly into the upper part of the end cap (50).

[0060] Here, if the size of the guide groove (52) is 3mm or less, the flow of water may not be smooth. Therefore, the size of the guide groove (52) is suitable to be 3mm or more and 5mm or less, and more specifically, 4mm is suitable.

[0061] The upper surface of the above-mentioned end cap (50) may include a mixing space (53) to increase the mixing efficiency of water and shower gel.

[0062] The mixing space (53) can be formed downwardly concavely on the upper surface of the end cap (50).

[0063] The mixing space (53) is a space where water flowing between the bath product case (20) and the storage case (30) can temporarily stay, and the water flowing out through the penetration hole (51) with the dissolved shower gel mixes with the water staying in the mixing space (53), so that the shower gel can be dissolved in an optimal state and mixed with the water.

[0064] A connecting protrusion (54) that is connected to the upper inner side of the bath additive case (20) may be formed on the lower part of the end cap (50). The connecting protrusion (54) is connected to a connecting ledge (21) formed on the upper inner side of the bath additive case (20), and the bath additive case (20) and the end cap (50) can be strongly fixed by heat fusion.

[0065] Referring to FIGS. 5 and 6, the filter part (60) is located at the bottom of the bath additive case (20) and can be fixed by connecting the lower adapter (40).

[0066] The filter section (60) can be formed with an area equal to the internal cross-sectional area of the cylindrical storage case (30).

[0067] The filter section (60) can filter out residual chemicals, etc., in the water flowing in through the circulation groove (44a).

[0068] The filter section (60) may include a filter body (61) and a seating surface (62).

[0069] The above filter body (61) is formed in a cylindrical shape and is coupled to the inside of the storage case (30) and supported by the lower adapter (40).

[0070] The filter body (61) may move upward due to the water pressure of the water flowing in from the inlet (43a). Therefore, the filter body (61) can be prevented from moving by forming the edge height higher than the center height so that the edge portion is stably attached to the inner wall of the storage case (30) even under water pressure.

[0071] The above-mentioned mounting surface (62) can be formed to be curved downward on the upper part of the filter body (61).

[0072] The seating surface (62) can accommodate the curved portion (20a) formed on the lower part of the bath additive case (20). Accordingly, the seating surface (62) accurately aligns the position of the bath additive case (20) with that of the filter body (61) and prevents the bath additive case (20) from moving.

[0073] It may include a contact-inducing projection (63) formed on the lower part of the filter body (61).

[0074] The contact-guiding projection (63) is formed to protrude downward from the lower edge of the filter body (61), and the height is suitable to be 2 mm or more and 3 mm or less, more specifically 2.5 mm.

[0075] The contact-guiding projection (63) increases the contact area of the filter body (61) with the inner surface of the storage case (30), thereby preventing the filter body (61) from moving upward due to water pressure.

[0076] It may include a pressure surface (63a) formed on the inner surface of the above-mentioned contact-guiding projection (63).

[0077] The above-mentioned pressure surface (63a) can be formed to slope toward the inner surface of the storage case (30) as it goes downward.

[0078] That is, water flowing in through the inlet (43a) of the lower adapter (40) pressurizes the inclined pressure surface (63a) due to water pressure, and when water of a certain water pressure pressurizes the pressure surface (63a), the outer surface of the contact-guiding projection (63) is strongly pressed against the inner surface of the storage case (30), thereby preventing the upper displacement of the filter body (61).

[0079] The above filter body (61) may include a delay space (64) formed downwardly in the upper central part.

[0080] The above delay space (64) can be formed with a depth of 3 mm or more and within 4 mm based on the upper surface of the filter body (61), and preferably, a depth of 3.5 mm is suitable.

[0081] The above delay space (64) forms a space between the filter body (61) and the bath additive case (20), so that water passing through the filter body (61) does not flow directly into the flow path between the bath additive case (20) and the storage case (30), but rather some of the water moves into the delay space (64) and stays there for a while, thereby delaying the time of outflow into the flow path and increasing the filtration efficiency.

[0082] The above guide channel (70) can be formed on the outer surface of the upper part of the bath additive case (20).

[0083] The guide Euro (70) guides the flow of water flowing between the outer surface of the bath additive case (20) and the inner surface of the storage case (30) to facilitate the flow.

[0084] The guide channel (70) can be formed to correspond to the guide groove (52) formed in the end cap (50).

[0085] If the guide channel (70) and the guide groove (52) are not formed on the same line, a problem arises where the water flow is overloaded. Accordingly, it is desirable for the guide channel (70) and the guide groove (52) to be formed on the same line.

[0086] The above guide channel (70) can be formed along the entire length of the outer surface of the bath additive case (20).

[0087] Accordingly, the guide channel (70) and the discharge channel (22) are formed to be connected to each other, so that the channels are integrated.

[0088] That is, the water passing through the filter body (61) does not flow at a certain height through the flow path between the outer surface of the bath additive case (20) and the inner surface of the storage case (30), but flows naturally through the discharge path (22) and the guide path (70), so the flow of water can be made smoother.

[0089] The above fixing projection (80) serves to fix the bath additive case (20) to the inner surface of the storage case (30).

[0090] The fixed projection (80) is formed protruding at least one or more times on the outer surface of the bath additive case (20), and may be formed at a certain height limited to the upper part.

[0091] The fixing projection (80) is formed on the upper part of the bath additive case (20) and adheres to the inner surface of the storage case (30), thereby firmly fixing the bath additive case (20) to the inner surface of the storage case (30).

[0092] That is, the upper part of the bath additive case (20) is fixed to the storage case (30) by means of a fixing projection (80), and the lower part of the bath additive case (20) can be fixed by being seated on the seating surface of the filter part (60).

[0093] The above fixed projection (80) may also be formed to protrude from the upper and lower parts of the bath additive case (20).

[0094] By forming a fixing projection (80) protruding from the upper and lower portions of the bath additive case (20), the upper and lower portions of the bath additive case (20) are firmly fixed to the inner surface of the storage case (30), thereby preventing the bath additive case (20) from shaking even under water pressure and preventing noise caused by this.

[0095] Additionally, referring to FIG. 7, a seating projection (90) may be formed on the inner side of the first groove (41a) of the lower adapter (40).

[0096] The above-mentioned seating projection (90) supports the lower part of the contact-guiding projection (63) so that the filter part (60) can be seated.

[0097] The inner surface of the seating projection (90) can be formed to be inclined toward the central part of the lower adapter (40). Accordingly, water flowing in through the inlet (43a) pressurizes the pressure surface (63a) of the contact-guiding projection (63) more easily along the inclined surface of the seating projection (90).

[0098] Therefore, the above-mentioned mounting projection (90) not only serves to support the lower part of the filter section (60) but also diverts the flow of water toward the contact-guiding projection (63), thereby further improving the contact force between the filter section (60) and the storage case (30).

[0099] Although preferred embodiments of the present invention have been illustrated and described above, the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments described above. Various modifications are possible by those skilled in the art without departing from the essence of the invention as claimed in the claims, and such modifications should not be understood individually from the technical spirit or perspective of the present invention.
