Abstract
The present disclosure relates to compounds of Formula (I), as well as salts thereof, and pharmaceutical compositions comprising the compounds, which modulate the activity of the apelin receptor (APJ). These compounds that bind to APJ may act as APJ agonists, which are useful in the treatment of APJ-mediated disorders. In particular, the compounds of the present disclosure have been demonstrated to regulate APJ in the brain, thereby offering potential therapeutic effect in one or more of metabolic syndrome, stroke, vascular dementia, post-traumatic stress disorder, pain, and addiction.
