Abstract

This invention discloses an anesthesia machine device with integrated monitoring functions and its usage method. The device includes: an anesthesia machine body for delivering a mixed gas; a multi-parameter physiological monitoring module for real-time monitoring of at least two parameters among the patient's bispectral index (BPI), end-tidal carbon dioxide partial pressure, blood oxygen saturation, and invasive arterial blood pressure; a central control module communicatively connected to the aforementioned modules, configured to receive and process monitoring data, analyze it based on preset targets, and generate closed-loop control commands for automatically adjusting the fresh gas flow rate, vaporizer concentration, and / or minute ventilation of the anesthesia machine; and an integrated display and interactive interface for centralized display and interaction. This invention, through multi-parameter fusion and intelligent decision-making, achieves precise closed-loop regulation of anesthesia depth and safe interlocking of vital signs, improving the automation, precision, and safety level of anesthesia management.
