Electronic cigarette or vaporizer contains a sensor (E) for the number of inserted smoking cartridges, an electronic storage for storing information about the holder of the electronic cigarette / vaporizer, the number and frequency of smoked pieces of the smoked substance and also about their manufacturer, while on its body there is a display (C) for displaying information about the battery charge status, the number of cigarettes smoked from the box, further in its body there is a built-in wifi module for connecting with external devices and / or institutions, for controlling the legality of using the electronic cigarette / vaporizer and the cartridges and for processing data on the impact of smoking on human health, then on the body of the electronic cigarette / vaporizer there is a USB connector (D) for power supply and information transfer, a biometric data sensor (B) for preventing unauthorized use of the electronic cigarette / vaporizer and a sensor (A) for scanning technical codes (QR or barcode and etc.) for processing data on used smoking cartridges. When purchasing an electronic cigarette / vaporizer, the user must register and scan biometric data, which the electronic cigarette / vaporizer also scans during its use (smoking). The electronic cigarette / vaporizer can only be used by one person and cannot be used by another person or children. The sensor (E) for the number of inserted smoking cartridges counts their quantity from one box, more without scanning another barcode from the box of smoking cartridges will not allow smoking additional cartridges, which ensures the control of legal boxes with a unique barcode or QR code. When charging the battery via cable or wifi, a connection to the network will occur and the data will be sent to the tax office and health insurance company, in order to control the legality of using the electronic cigarette / vaporizer and its smoking cartridges. The health insurance company will have information about the patient whether or not they are a smoker and will also have information to process data on the impact of smoking on human health.
