Abstract
The invention relates to a system (1) for imaging electromagnetic leaks in a Faraday-shielded structure (2), the system (1) comprising an electromagnetic wave receiver (7) and an electromagnetic wave source (3) comprising at least one transmitting antenna (4), a pseudo-random noise generator (51), a frequency modulator and a transmission-signal processing circuit which are configured so that the at least one transmitting antenna (4) transmits a pseudo-random noise sequence transposed onto a set of predetermined carrier frequencies, the pseudo-random noise sequence being known to the electromagnetic wave receiver (7), the electromagnetic wave receiver (7) comprising an array of N receiving broadband antennas (8) and a reception-signal processing circuit (10) connected to the receiving antenna array (8) and configured to construct an image from the correlated demodulated signals identifying the position of electromagnetic leaks in the Faraday-shielded structure (2).
