The NMDA receptor antagonist of the present invention is a compound of formulas II and III below, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, an enantiomer, a diastereomer, a tautomer, a solvate, an isotopic substituent, a polymorphic substance, a prodrug or a metabolite thereof.
