An extraction assembly can enable an extraction agent and the wastewater to generate intense collision, phenol in the wastewater is fully dissolved into the added extraction agent, precipitation is performed after stirring, and an extraction solution and a raffinate are layered. A floating plate is just positioned at the boundary of the extraction liquid and the raffinate, the extraction liquid is discharged into a distillation assembly, the distillation assembly controls the temperature of heating fan blades according to different volatility of the extraction agent and phenol, so that the extraction agent is evaporated and flows back to the extraction assembly through a condensation pipe for continuous cyclic extraction, and the phenol is left in a distillation box to be collected.
