[0025] The rotating LED display device 100 according to the present embodiment includes a first rotating module 110, a second rotating module 120 and a driving module 130, the first rotating module 110 includes a first central portion 111 and a first rod portion 112 extending from the first central portion 111 in a radial direction, the second rotating module 120 includes a second central portion 121 and a second rod portion 122, the second rod portion 122 extends from the second central portion 121 in a radial direction and has an LED light emitting unit 210 disposed on a front surface thereof, wherein the first central portion 111 is coupled to the front surface of the second central portion 121 so as to be relatively rotatable within a predetermined range, when the relative rotation angle is greater than or equal to the predetermined range, the second rotating module 120 rotates together with the first rotating module 110, the driving module 130 includes a motor 421 and a power control unit 430, the motor 421 has a motor shaft coupled to the first central portion 111 to rotate the first rotating module 110, and the power control unit 430 is used to supply and control power to the motor 421 and the LED light emitting unit 210.
[0026] Reference Figures 1 to 3 According to the present embodiment, the rotating LED display device 100 includes a first rotating module 110 , a second rotating module 120 and a driving module 130 .
[0027] The first rotation module 110 includes a first central portion 111 and a first rod portion 112, the first rod portion 112 is formed to extend radially from the first central portion 111, and the first central portion 111 provides a rotation center for the first rod portion 112. Similarly, the second rotation module 120 includes a second central portion 121 and a second rod portion 122, the second rod portion 122 is formed to extend radially from the second central portion 121, and the second central portion 121 provides a rotation center for the second rod portion 122. As shown in the figure, the first central portion 111 and the second central portion 121 may be formed in a substantially circular shape, and the first rod portion 112 and the second rod portion 122 may be formed to have a constant width.
[0028] The first center portion 111 and the second center portion 121 are coaxially arranged. That is, the first center portion 111 and the second center portion 121 are arranged to overlap in the axial direction of the rotation center, and the rear surface of the first center portion 111 faces the front surface of the second center portion 121.
[0029] The LED light emitting unit 210 is disposed in front of the second rod portion 122. In a case where the first rotating module 110 and the second rotating module 120 are rotated by the motor 421 of the driving module 130, the LED light emitting unit 210 disposed on the front of the second rod portion 122 is exposed forward. In this case, desired information can be displayed forward by an afterimage effect generated when the power control unit 430 of the driving module 130 supplies power to the LED light emitting unit 210.
[0030] The power control unit 430 supplies and controls power to the motor 421 and the LED light emitting unit 210. That is, the power control unit 430 controls the motor 421 to rotate the first rotating module 110 and the second rotating module 120 at a constant speed so that the light generated by the LED light emitting unit 210 can accurately display the desired information through the afterimage effect.
[0031] Although in Figures 1 to 8 Not shown, but Figures 9 and 10 As shown, the driving module 130 can receive power from the outside through the cable 910, for example, it can be connected to the power supply of the vehicle. The driving module 130 can be provided with a touch switch 150 for turning on and off the driving module 130. The touch switch 150 can be provided, for example, at a position such as Figure 1 to Figure 2 On the upper surface of the driving module 130 shown.
[0032] The user can freely and easily change the information to be displayed using an input device (e.g., a dedicated application installed on a smartphone) linked to the power control unit 430. The user can also freely select the color of each character, symbol, image, etc. of the information to be displayed.
[0033] The rotating LED display device 100 according to this embodiment can be rotated, for example, by Fig. 9 The bracket 920 shown is installed on the ground. Alternatively, the rotating LED display device 100 can be installed in various positions and locations in a manner that the suction unit 1001 is coupled to the rear side of the driving module 130 and the suction unit 1001 is attached to the wall W, etc. Therefore, the power control unit 430 can control the motor 421 so that the first rotating module 110 and the second rotating module 120 rotate at a constant speed even under a rotation resistance that varies according to the installation environment. A magnet or an air absorption plate can be provided on the rear surface of the bracket 920 or the driving module 130 to be stably fixed.
[0034] More specifically, referring to the operation of the rotating LED display device 100 according to the present embodiment, first, the first central portion 111 and the second central portion 121 are coupled to be able to rotate relative to each other within a predetermined range. At this time, the power of the driving module 130 is directly transmitted only to the first rotating module 110, and indirectly transmitted to the second rotating module 120 through the first rotating module 110.
[0035] That is, in the motor 421 of the driving module 130, the motor shaft is coupled to the first central portion 111 and is disposed to pass through the second central portion 121 (see Figure 6 ), the first rotation module 110 is preferentially rotated by the torque of the motor 421. Therefore, if the first central portion 111 rotates outside the predetermined range in which the first central portion 111 can rotate relative to the second central portion 121, the first central portion 111 is supported by the second central portion 121 in the rotation direction, and the second rotation module rotates together with the first rotation module 110. That is, the rotation of the second rotation module 120 depends on the rotation of the first rotation module 110. The detailed coupling relationship between the first central portion 111 and the second central portion 121 will be described later.
[0036] Figure 1 shows a state where the first rotation module 110 is not rotated, and Figure 2 The first rotating module 110 is shown in an unfolded state in which the first rotating module 110 is relatively rotated with respect to the second rotating module 120 .
[0037] As shown in the figure, the predetermined range in which the first central portion 111 and the second central portion 121 can rotate relative to each other is preferably 180 degrees. That is, when the first rotating module 110 is rotated by the motor 421 and the second rotating module 120 rotates according to the first rotating module 110, the first rod 112 and the second rotating module 110 rotate, and the first rod 112 and the second rod 122 rotate along a straight line, thereby minimizing fluctuations or changes in the device. More preferably, the weight of the first rod 112 and the second rod 122 is matched, and when the first rotating module 110 and the second rotating module 120 rotate in the unfolded state, the center of mass of the first rotating module 110 and the second rotating module 120 matches the center of rotation, thereby minimizing the fluctuation of the device. In other words, the first rod 112 is used as a weight for reducing the fluctuation generated when the second rod 122 including the LED light emitting unit 210 rotates.
[0038] The first rod portion 112 and the second rod portion 122 may be formed to have the same radial length as shown in the drawings. Figure 1 In the non-operating state shown, the front portion of the second rod portion 122 having the LED lighting unit 210 is covered by the first rod portion 112 , and the LED lighting unit 210 may be exposed to the front only when the driving module 130 rotates.
[0039] When the first rotating module 110 and the second rotating module 120 rotate, the LED light emitting unit 210 is exposed to the front, and the light of the LED light emitting unit 210 can display necessary information by using the afterimage effect. That is, the power control unit 430 can display fixed or moving text or images by controlling the LED light emitting unit 210 according to the rotation cycle of the second rotating module 120. Figure 3 As shown, these texts or images can be displayed arranged along the rotation direction.
[0040] According to the embodiment, the information displayed on the LED light emitting unit 210 may be divided into a plurality of parts, and the information displayed on the divided parts may be independently controlled. That is, the information displayed on the plurality of divided parts may be the same or different. For example, the information displayed on the LED light emitting unit 210 may be divided into an upper part and a lower part. For example, different texts or images may be displayed on the upper side and the lower side, or an image may be displayed on the upper side and a text may be displayed on the lower side.
[0041] The LED light emitting unit 210 includes a plurality of LED light sources 581 arranged in a radial direction (see Figure 5 ). Therefore, the area where necessary information is displayed is the area between the circle drawn by the innermost light source and the circle drawn by the outermost light source, and the user can freely select and display desired information within this area.
[0042] In addition, one or more sensors 140 for detecting an object adjacent to the driving module 130 may be provided in the driving module 130. That is, for natural display, the first rotating module 110 and the second rotating module 120 need to rotate at a high speed. In this case, for example, if a person is adjacent to the first rotating module 110 or the second rotating module 120 and collides with the first rotating module 110 or the second rotating module 120, there is a risk of causing serious injury or damaging the device. Therefore, when an object approaching within a predetermined distance from the driving module 130 is detected from the signal detected by the sensor 140, the power control unit 430 may brake the motor 421.
[0043] The sensor 140 may be disposed on at least one of the front surface, rear surface, upper surface, lower surface, left surface, and right surface of the driving module 130. Preferably, the sensor may be disposed on all of the front surface, rear surface, upper surface, lower surface, left surface, and right surface, and the sensor 140 disposed on the front surface, upper surface, and right surface may be disposed on the rear surface, upper surface, and right surface. Figure 1 Shown in.
[0044] In the following, reference will be made to Figures 4 to 8The detailed components of the rotating LED display device 100 according to the present embodiment are described in detail. Meanwhile, although the embodiment in which each component is coupled by bolt connection is shown in the drawings, the present embodiment is not limited thereto. In addition, a sealing member for preventing external substances such as moisture from flowing in may be provided on the coupling surface of each component.
[0045] First, refer to Figure 4 , the driving module 130 may include a housing 411, a power control unit 430, and a housing cover 412 covering an opening of the housing 411, the housing 411 having a space for accommodating a motor 421. The housing 411 is formed in a substantially hexahedral shape such that a motor shaft of the motor 421 protrudes from the front side, and the motor 421 is inserted into the rear side and the housing cover 412 is coupled to the housing 411.
[0046] The motor 421 is coupled to the housing 411 through the motor housing 422. That is, the motor 421 is coupled to the motor housing 422, and the motor housing 422 to which the motor 421 is coupled is coupled to the inside of the housing 411, so that the motor 421 can be fixed inside the housing 411.
[0047] As shown, the power control unit 430 is coupled to the upper side of the motor housing 422 , so that when the motor housing 422 is coupled to the housing 411 , the power control unit can be fixed together within the housing 411 .
[0048] The sensor 140 is also coupled to the motor housing 422 and may be disposed inside the housing 411 , but the sensor 140 disposed on the lower surface may be coupled to the lower surface of the housing 411 .
[0049] The first winding 441 is configured to interact with the second winding 531 provided in the second rotating module 120, and the power control unit 430 supplies power to the LED light emitting unit 210 through the first winding 441 and the second winding 531. The first winding 441 and the second winding 531 are configured to face each other, and the second housing 521 and the housing 411 are interposed between the first winding 441 and the second winding 531 (see Figure 6 That is, although not shown in the figure, the power control unit 430 may be directly connected to the motor 421 and the sensor 140 through a cable to supply power, and may be wirelessly connected to the LED light emitting unit 210 through the first winding 441 and the second winding 531 to supply power.
[0050] The second rotation module 120 rotates together during operation according to the rotation of the first rotation module 110. Therefore, by adopting a wireless connection method through the first winding 441 and the second winding 531 instead of a wired connection, electrical connection can be stably maintained during the rotation operation.
[0051] Reference Figure 5 The first rotating module 110 includes a first housing 511 and a first housing cover 512 , and the second rotating module 120 includes a second housing 521 and a second housing cover 522 .
[0052] The first housing 511 and the second housing 521 respectively form empty spaces therein, and the first housing cover 512 and the second housing cover 522 are coupled to the first housing 511 and the second housing 521 to cover each of the empty spaces.
[0053] In the first rotating module 110, the first housing 511 is located at the front, the empty space inside is open to the rear, and the first housing cover 512 may be coupled to the rear surface of the first housing 511. In the second rotating module 120, the second housing 521 is located at the rear, so that the empty space inside is open to the front, and the second housing cover 522 may be coupled to the front surface of the second housing 521. The second winding 531 is provided at the portion of the second housing 521 and the second housing cover 522 forming the second center portion 121. The substrate 541 for constituting the LED light emitting unit 210 is provided in the second housing 521 forming the second rod portion 122. In addition, the second housing cover 522 is provided with an LED window 582 formed to be transparent or translucent so that light generated from the LED light source 581 is transmitted.
[0054] In addition, in the first rotation module 110 and the second rotation module 120, guide protrusions 462 and guide slits 461 may be formed, which enable the first rotation module 110 and the second rotation module 120 to rotate relative to each other within a predetermined range and rotate together when exceeding the predetermined range. These will be referred to later. Figures 7 and 8 Detailed description.
[0055] The first rotation module 110 is fixedly coupled in a rotation direction with respect to the motor shaft of the motor 421. Specifically, a fixing member 451 having a polygonal column shape is coupled to the motor shaft of the motor 421. In the inclined portion 1111, a coupling groove 561 may be formed, the coupling groove 561 is formed in a shape corresponding to the fixing member 451, and the fixing member 451 is inserted into the coupling groove 561, so that the first rotation module 110 can be fixed to the motor shaft of the motor 421.
[0056] A coupling groove 561 is formed on the rear surface of the first housing cover 512, and the fixing member 451 is inserted into the coupling groove 561. The first center portion 111 is coupled to the fixing member 451 by a bolt 571 that passes through the first housing cover 512 from the front and is coupled to the fixing member 451.
[0057] The fixing member 451 may be formed in a hexagonal column shape as shown in the drawings, and the coupling groove 561 may also be formed in a hexagonal groove shape.
[0058] Reference Figures 5 and 6 , the motor shaft of the motor 421 coupled to the fixing member 451 may be disposed to pass through the second center portion 121. That is, a through hole 452 through which the motor shaft of the motor 421 passes is formed in the second center portion 121, and the second center portion 121 is coupled to the motor shaft of the motor 421 through the bearing 611.
[0059] That is, the fixing member 451 and the bearing 611 are coupled to the motor shaft of the motor 421, the first rotation module 110 is coupled to the fixing member 451, and the second rotation module 110 is coupled to the bearing 611. Therefore, the torque of the motor 421 is directly transmitted to the first rotation module 110, not directly transmitted to the second rotation module 120, but indirectly transmitted through the first rotation module 110.
[0060] Reference Figures 7 and 8 , a guide slit 461 formed in the rotation direction is formed on any one of the rear surface of the first center portion 111 and the front surface of the second center portion 121, and a guide protrusion 462 inserted into the guide slit 461 is formed on the other. By using the guide slit 461 and the guide protrusion 462, the first rotation module 110 and the second rotation module 120 can rotate relatively within a predetermined range, but rotate together beyond the predetermined range. More specifically, the guide slit 461 and the guide protrusion 462 can be formed on the rear surface of the portion of the first center portion 111 forming the first housing cover 512 and the front surface of the portion of the second center portion 121 forming the second housing cover 522. The figure shows an embodiment in which the guide protrusion 462 is formed on the first housing cover 512 and the guide slit 461 is formed on the second housing cover 522.
[0061] That is, the first rotation module 110 is coupled to the motor shaft of the motor 421 through the fixing member 451, and the second rotation module 120 is coupled to the motor shaft of the motor 421 through the bearing 611. In addition, the first rotation module 110 and the second rotation module 120 are coupled through the guide slit 461 and the guide protrusion 462.
[0062] The guide slit 461 is formed along the rotation direction and is formed in an arc shape on the main surface of the through hole 452 as shown in the figure, thereby providing a moving path along the rotation direction for the guide protrusion 462. Therefore, the range in which the guide protrusion 462 can move on the guide slit 461 becomes a predetermined range in which the first rotation module 110 and the second rotation module 120 can rotate relative to each other. For example, if the relative rotation range is set to 180 degrees as described above, the guide protrusion 462 can move on the guide slit 461 within a range of 180 degrees.
[0063] The guide protrusion 462 protrudes from the first housing cover 512 toward the second housing cover 522 so that the guide protrusion 462 is inserted into the guide slit 461 when the first and second rotation modules 110 and 120 are connected to the motor 421. The guide protrusion may be formed in a substantially fan shape as shown.
[0064] When the first rotating module 110 and the second rotating module 120 rotate relative to each other, the guide protrusion 462 moves along the guide slit 461. Figure 1 and Figure 7 As shown in FIG. 5A , in a state where the first rod portion 112 and the second rod portion 122 overlap, the guide protrusion 462 is supported at one end of the guide slit 461. Figure 2 and Figure 7 As shown in FIG. 5B , in a state where the first rod portion 112 and the second rod portion 122 are unfolded, the guide protrusion 462 may be supported at the other end of the guide slit 461 .
[0065] Furthermore, the dampers 551 are provided at both ends of the guide slit 461 in the rotation direction to suppress impact when the guide protrusion 462 is supported on one end or the other end of the guide slit 461 , thereby increasing durability and reducing noise.
[0066] Reference Fig.11 and Fig.12 , the LED light emitting unit 1110 may also be disposed on the rear surface of the first rod portion 112, so that the rotating LED display device 100 according to the present embodiment can display desired information not only on the front surface of the device but also on the rear surface. That is, the light generated from the LED light emitting unit 210 disposed on the front surface of the second rod portion 122 displays information toward the front side of the device 100 through the afterimage effect, and the light generated from the LED light emitting unit 1110 disposed on the rear surface of the first rod portion 112 can display information toward the rear side of the device 100 through the afterimage effect.
[0067] Similarly, the LED light emitting unit 1110 of the first load unit 112 can be similarly controlled by the power control unit 430, and the user can easily change the information to be displayed through the input device linked to the power control unit 430. The information displayed on each of the LED light emitting units 210 and 1110 may be the same or different. In the case where the same information is displayed on both the LED light emitting units 210 and 1110, the power control unit 430 can control the information displayed on both the LED light emitting units 210 and 1110 to be symmetrical so that the same information is displayed on the front side and the rear side.
[0068] Meanwhile, the rotating LED display device 100 according to the present embodiment may further include an IoT communication module for receiving advertising content from a terminal, and a storage module for storing the received advertising content. The power control unit 430 may control the LED light emitting units 210 and 1110 to display the received advertising content.
