The harmonic suppression control method comprises: performing coordinate transformation on three-phase currents of a motor to obtain a direct current component of a preset order d-axis harmonic current and a direct current component of a preset order q-axis harmonic current; obtaining a preset order d-axis harmonic compensation voltage and a preset order q-axis harmonic compensation voltage according to the direct current component of the preset order d-axis harmonic current, the direct current component of the preset order q-axis harmonic current and a proportional integral (PI) regulator; performing harmonic compensation adjustment on an accumulated value of the preset order d-axis harmonic compensation voltage to obtain a d-axis final harmonic compensation voltage, and performing harmonic compensation adjustment on an accumulated value of the preset order q-axis harmonic compensation voltage to obtain a q-axis final harmonic compensation voltage. The application can realize harmonic suppression control and is suitable for a permanent magnet synchronous motor of a pure electric vehicle.
