A tool and method for aligning and mounting microsensitive elements

Abstract

The application provides a tool and method for alignment and installation of micro sensitive elements, which comprises a base bearing structure, a patch limiting structure, a positioning pin and a counterweight structure, wherein the base bearing structure is designed with a positioning groove for placement and rough limiting of a to-be-patched base; the limiting structure is respectively processed with a base positioning limiting hole and a sensitive element positioning limiting groove according to the size of the sensitive element and the size of the base positioning pin by using a precise laser processing technology; the positioning pin is used for precise assembly and positioning between the limiting structure and the counterweight structure; and the counterweight structure is used for applying pressure to the sensitive element placed on the tube shell to realize close adhesion between the sensitive element fixed support area and the tube shell mounting boss. The application can batch-solve the problems of low patching efficiency and poor uniformity of the sensitive elements and improve the precision and consistency of the patching process.
